EB Games Canada says its free EDGE Rewards program will end on November 5, 2026. Members can keep earning and redeeming rewards until then. The retailer says a new loyalty program is in preparation, but it has not yet announced its name, launch date, enrollment details, or benefits.
Which EB Games program is ending?
The announcement applies to EDGE Rewards in Canada. It should not be read as an announcement about every EB Games market: Australia has a separately named EB World program.

When does EDGE end, and what can members do until then?
EB Games Canada’s FAQ, published November 19, 2025 and subsequently updated, gives November 5, 2026 as the end date. The company says members “will keep earning and redeeming rewards until the official end date.” Current EDGE benefits and discounts end when the program ends. Read the EDGE FAQ.

Will EDGE points transfer to the new program?
EB Games has not confirmed that points will transfer, convert, or remain usable during any overlap with the new program. Its FAQ says transition options will be shared closer to launch. Do not assume your points will carry over unless EB Games confirms that option.
The separate EDGE legacy terms state that accrued points and unused benefits are lost when the program terminates, subject to an exception for trade-in credit values. The terms page was last updated November 5, 2025; check the live EDGE Legacy Terms and the FAQ for any later transition notice before relying on the termination details.
