Dress for Success WA brought selected donated, pre-loved clothing to a Raine Square pop-up in March 2025, linking second-hand fashion sales with the charity’s work supporting women facing employment barriers. The event was part of Raine Square’s month-long Radiate International Women’s Day program, which ran March 1–31, 2025.
What the Raine Square pop-up offered
PerthNow reported on March 6, 2025, that Dress for Success WA had brought a selection of clothing from its shop to a temporary boutique at Raine Square. CEO Natalie Sangalli said: “The clothes we are selling are all donated to us … And we’ve picked the best stock out of our shop to bring it to Raine Square.” The charity presented the pieces as affordable, pre-loved fashion, with sales supporting its work with women facing employment barriers. The venue’s archive places the pop-up within Radiate, a program celebrating women in art, fashion, literature and business throughout March 2025. Its listed participants included Dress for Success WA, WritingWA, Night Parrot Press, Community Arts Network and The Showgirls Crown.
The 2025 consultation offer and its terms
The event report said shoppers could book a personal styling and shopping consultation for $75. For International Women’s Day, $50 of that fee was credited against purchases. These were terms reported for the 2025 activation, not a current offer.

How the pop-up connected to the charity’s work
Dress for Success is a global charity focused on women’s economic independence through work-appropriate clothing, career support and support networks. Sangalli described volunteers helping new clients choose two free outfits for important professional or life occasions, including job interviews, high-school graduations and court appearances for survivors of domestic violence. PerthNow reported the charity’s account of its services.
Sangalli also said about a third of women using the service had experienced family and domestic violence. That figure is her account of the charity’s clients as reported by PerthNow in 2025; it is not a general prevalence estimate.

Keep the 2025 event distinct from later Radiate activities
Raine Square hosted a separate Radiate program in 2026. The venue archive and Humanitix listing describe a clothes swap and a three-day Dress for Success WA activation featuring CV and LinkedIn feedback, career guidance and optional professional headshots for $25. Humanitix marks that event as passed. Those activities were not part of the 2025 fashion pop-up.
A February 2025 local preview separately mentioned a collection drive for pre-loved corporate attire and a Shop to Support fashion pop-up. It also described costumes by The Showgirls Crown made with recycled materials. Those details provide wider context for the program, but do not establish that the costumes or every donated item were part of Dress for Success WA’s boutique inventory.
