Dream Games announced its first international office in central London on 20 March 2023, tying the move to expansion after the success of its mobile game Royal Match. The company said it wanted to reach international talent and partners; Richard Hocking and Anju Sethi were appointed to senior roles based at the new office.

In contemporaneous reporting, GamesBeat quoted Aydemir explaining that Dream Games was hiring in London and Istanbul as it scaled. He said game development required collaboration across design, storytelling, marketing, mechanics and partnerships. GamesBeat’s March 2023 report put the company’s headcount at 160 at that time and said Aydemir expected it to reach 250 by year-end. That was a forecast, not confirmation of the later or current headcount.

What does Dream Games do, and where are its offices now?
Dream Games develops, publishes and markets mobile games on third-party platforms, according to its UK Tax Strategy, which covers the period ending 31 December 2025. Its About page currently lists offices in Istanbul and London and identifies Royal Match and Royal Kingdom as its global hit games. The available company information does not provide a London street address.
What did Dream Games say about Royal Match’s success?
In its March 2023 announcement, Dream Games said it had a $2.75 billion valuation and that Royal Match consistently ranked among the top three grossing games in the United States and United Kingdom. Those are announcement-era company claims: the release gave no measurement period or independent ranking source. It also referred to millions of players and fans without giving a precise count. The office opening followed the game’s success, but the announcement did not establish that game performance alone drove the decision. The company also pointed to international growth, access to talent, and relationships with partners in London.
