That date is from contemporaneous reporting, not an accessible DRDO release notice in the available records. DRDO’s recruitment advertisement said candidates should download and print the e-admit card from the DRDO website; it would not be sent by post.
Which admit card was released?
The March 2023 release update concerned the CEPTAM-10/A&A CBT Tier-I admit card. Scroll.in’s announcement also identified the released card as the Tier-I card. It should not be confused with a separate DRDO CEPTAM-10/A&A Tier-II admit-card document dated June 19, 2023.
What DRDO said about downloading the card
DRDO’s CEPTAM-10/A&A recruitment advertisement instructed candidates to download and print their e-admit cards from the DRDO website. The cards would not be dispatched by post. The advertisement described availability as tentative, about two weeks before the examination; this was an advance timing estimate, not confirmation of when a particular candidate’s card appeared.
The advertisement said the exam date would be published later, while the admit card would provide the date, time and venue. The retrieved material does not establish whether a candidate-specific 2023 download link remains available, so the March release information is historical rather than a guarantee that an old link can still be used.

Tier-II instructions are separate
The DRDO Tier-II card document dated June 19, 2023 contains instructions for that later stage, not the March Tier-I release. For Tier-II, candidates were told to bring the admit card, one colour photograph and original, valid photo identification. The listed examples were Aadhaar-UID, passport, PAN card, voter ID, driving licence and government-issued ID. A photocopy or scanned copy was not accepted as the original ID; candidates were advised to bring, preferably, the same photo ID used in the application.
Those Tier-II instructions also say candidates should report at the time printed on the card, that requests to change the venue or city would not be considered, and that candidates should keep a copy of the card. The document states: “Candidates are advised to keep a copy of Admit card.” These directions apply to the Tier-II card and should not be treated as verified Tier-I instructions.
