TMZ reported on August 26, 2026, that a judge ordered Dorit and PK Kemsley’s Encino home sold and directed Dorit to leave by November. TMZ described the property as worth $7 million, but that is a reported estimate—not an appraisal or confirmed sale price. The report does not establish that the home has sold.

What is the reported status of the Encino home?

The latest located report on the court-directed sale is TMZ’s August 26, 2026 account. It says a judge ordered the property sold and instructed Dorit to leave by November. That is a reported court action; the available reporting does not confirm that a sale has closed or establish the final sale price. TMZ’s August 26 report also describes disagreement between the spouses over mortgage payments and bills.

“Pre-foreclosure” refers to the earlier reported mortgage crisis, not proof that an auction is now imminent. The later report describes a court-directed sale. Without confirmation of a foreclosure notice, auction date, or completed transaction, those outcomes should not be inferred from the earlier framing.

What is known about the property and its reported value?

TMZ reported the Encino residence as an 8,901-square-foot home with six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Its August 26 report characterized the home as worth $7 million. That figure is a media-reported estimate, not a verified appraisal or the amount a buyer ultimately paid. TMZ’s May 8 account reported the property’s size and features.

How did the reporting develop?

  • May 8, 2026: TMZ reported PK’s allegations about mortgage payments and luxury spending, attributing them to court documents. These were claims, not findings established by the article.
  • July 15, 2026: AOL republished RadarOnline reporting that PK sought control over the sale and reimbursement for an advance, attributing the account to filings obtained by RadarOnline. AOL’s July 15 report does not, by itself, establish the court’s eventual ruling.
  • August 26, 2026: TMZ reported the judge-ordered sale and direction for Dorit to leave by November, while noting the spouses disputed responsibility for the mortgage and bills.
  • September 18, 2026: Reality Blurb relayed attorney Ronald Richards’s social-media claims about a deed-related development and projected proceeds. The claims were not verified against a primary deed or court order in the available reporting. Reality Blurb’s account should therefore be treated as an attributed interpretation, not confirmation of ownership, proceeds, or a completed sale.

What remains disputed or unconfirmed?

The accounts describe disagreements over who should pay the mortgage and bills, as well as claims about spending, an advance, and reimbursement. Those statements should remain attributed to the relevant spouse or report; they are not established financial findings in the cited coverage. The available reporting also does not establish either spouse’s final entitlement to any sale proceeds.

Although the September 18 report discusses a deed and anticipated proceeds, it relays a third party’s claims rather than verified primary records. No conclusion about a deed transfer, the amount of net proceeds, or the home’s eventual disposition can be drawn from that account alone.
