Does the Borderlands 4 ECHO-4 Bundle Include the Game?

No. The official Borderlands support FAQ says the ECHO-4 Bundle does not include Borderlands 4. The bundle is a merchandise purchase, not a copy of the game; if you want to play, budget for a separate game purchase for your platform.

What the ECHO-4 Bundle includes

The official Borderlands support FAQ lists these items:

#	Preview	Product	Price
1 Borderlands 4 Standard - PC Steam [Online Game Code]	$35.00	Buy on Amazon
2 Borderlands 4 Super Deluxe - PC Steam [Online Game Code]	$129.99	Buy on Amazon
3 POP Funko Games: Borderlands 4 - Claptrap	$13.61	Buy on Amazon
4 Borderlands 4 - PlayStation 5	$27.99	Buy on Amazon
5 Borderlands 4 Deluxe - PC Steam [Online Game Code]	$99.99	Buy on Amazon

• An ECHO-4 statue
• A Vault Symbol necklace
• A map of Kairos
• Four double-sided lithograph art prints
• A SHiFT code for five Golden Keys in Borderlands 4

The FAQ expressly says the game is not included. The Golden Keys code is for those in-game items; it is not a game code or a license for Borderlands 4.

How to get the game as well

Buy Borderlands 4 separately through a store that lists the correct platform and edition. 2K lists Standard, Deluxe, and Super Deluxe game editions separately from the ECHO-4 merchandise bundle. The editions differ in their included add-ons, so compare the listing contents rather than assuming the collectibles bundle includes any of them.
