INSCMagazine claims that Cryboot has 6 million “core clients” and has attracted interest from Wall Street venture-capital firms. The available evidence does not independently verify the client count, identify any of those firms, or establish a company valuation. Treat the headline as an unverified claim—not proof that Cryboot is a major or regulated investment platform.

What is actually known about Cryboot’s 6 million-client claim?

An INSCMagazine article describes Cryboot as a digital-asset investment and trading platform founded in 2021, operating in more than 80 countries and regions, and having 6 million “core clients.” Those details are claims made by the article, not independently confirmed company facts. Read the INSCMagazine article.

The available material provides no client records, audit, counting method, or definition of “core client.” It also does not establish when the 6 million figure was measured. Without those details, a reader cannot tell whether the number refers to active customers, registered accounts, people who ever used a service, or another measure.

Does the article prove Wall Street firms value Cryboot?

No. The article refers to interest from unnamed venture-capital firms but names no investors and supplies no investment announcements, deal terms, or valuation evidence. Its description of Cryboot as “one of the most valuable” financial entities is therefore not substantiated by the material available. Investor interest, even if confirmed, would not by itself establish a company’s value or the safety of its services.

Is Cryboot a legitimate or regulated investment platform?

The available information does not establish Cryboot’s legal identity, regulator authorisation, or compliance status. That is not proof that the company is unauthorised; it means the article’s claims are not enough to verify its status. Do not treat a reported client count, international reach, or investor interest as a substitute for checking the relevant regulator’s records.

If you are checking from Nigeria

Nigeria’s Securities and Exchange Commission advises the public to verify the registration status of platforms offering investment opportunities through its dedicated portal. Its May 14, 2026 notice says that only entities registered by the Commission may promote investment services, provide investment advice, or solicit funds in the Nigerian capital market, and warns against unregistered online platforms promising unrealistic or guaranteed returns. This is general guidance; it does not determine whether Cryboot is registered. See the SEC notice.

If you are checking from the UK

The Financial Conduct Authority recommends using its Firm Checker to check whether a firm is authorised. Its warning-list guidance also cautions that a firm’s absence from the list does not prove it is authorised. The FCA says: “If you can’t find a firm on the Firm Checker, contact us on 0800 111 6768.” This is general UK guidance, not a Cryboot-specific finding. Read the FCA guidance.

What to verify before sending money

  • Confirm the platform’s full legal name and the entity that would receive your money; a brand name alone may not identify the contracting company.
  • Search the relevant regulator’s official register for that legal entity and confirm that its permission covers the specific investment service being offered.
  • Check custody arrangements, fees, withdrawal terms, and the risks of the assets involved. Do not rely on a headline, social post, or claimed number of users for these details.
  • Be especially cautious of guaranteed or unusually high returns, pressure to act quickly, or requests to transfer money to an unrelated person or wallet.

A regulator’s general verification advice does not resolve Cryboot’s status. The platform’s legal identity and authorisation need to be confirmed directly through the appropriate official records before a prospective customer can draw a conclusion.
