Several U.S. Disney+, Hulu, and bundle plans increased in price on September 23, 2026. The largest increase is $3 per month, for the ad-free Disney+/Hulu/ESPN Select bundle, which rose from $29.99 to $32.99. Other plans rose by 50 cents to $2.50, while some bundle prices did not change. New subscribers faced the new rates immediately; eligible existing subscribers may see them on a later billing cycle.
How much did each Disney+ and Hulu plan increase?
The following U.S. monthly prices were reported on September 23, 2026. The comparison distinguishes standalone services from bundles and identifies the ad tier.

CBS News reported the plan-by-plan changes, which Los Angeles Times coverage also reflected for the standalone and Disney+/Hulu bundle rates.
When will the increase show up on your bill?
The new rates applied immediately to new subscribers on September 23, 2026. Existing subscribers were reported to receive the new price on a later billing cycle. Disney’s help page says subscribers who signed up before August 20, 2026, would see a price change on or after October 21, 2026. Your exact charge date can depend on your billing cycle and enrollment circumstances, so check the notice and billing details in your account.

For Disney+ account information, consult Disney’s U.S. price help page. Hulu or bundle subscribers should also check the billing notice associated with their own account, particularly if billing is handled through a third party.
Which plans stayed the same?
Not every plan in the reported U.S. lineup went up. The ad-supported Disney+/Hulu bundle remained $12.99 per month, and both listed Disney+/Hulu/ESPN Unlimited bundles retained their previous monthly prices: $35.99 with ads and $44.99 for the ad-free Premium version.

How to compare the new prices with your current setup
Standalone services
Each ad-supported standalone service now costs $12.49 per month, up 50 cents. Disney+ Premium and Hulu Premium, both ad-free, each cost $21.49, up $2.50. These are separate subscriptions; the table’s bundle prices are not simply the standalone rates combined.
Disney+ and Hulu together
The ad-supported Disney+/Hulu bundle is $12.99 per month and did not increase. The ad-free Disney+/Hulu Bundle Premium is now $21.99, up $2. For comparison, either ad-free standalone service costs $21.49, making the two-service ad-free bundle 50 cents more than one standalone subscription. Whether that trade-off suits you depends on whether you want both services and their respective viewing experiences.

Bundles that include ESPN
The Disney+/Hulu/ESPN Select bundle with ads rose from $19.99 to $21.99 per month; its ad-free Premium version rose from $29.99 to $32.99. The reported ESPN Unlimited bundle prices did not change. Compare the total monthly bill and the services you actually use, rather than treating a bundle as a saving solely because it includes more services.

These figures are a U.S. monthly-price snapshot reported on September 23, 2026.
