DigiSkills 3.0 Batch-04 offered 300,000 free online training seats in Pakistan, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. But enrollment is no longer open: DigiSkills says the seats filled, registration closed on July 23, 2026, and the batch began on August 3, 2026. The July 1 opening date was an announcement about a past enrollment window, not a current opportunity to apply.
What the Batch-04 announcement offered
DigiSkills announced on June 29, 2026, that Batch-04 enrollment would open July 1. It allocated 300,000 seats on a first-come, first-served basis. The number refers to seats allocated for the batch, not to how many people completed training.
People could register in advance to receive an opening reminder. After enrollment opened, registered users could log in, choose two courses, and click Save to enroll. The announcement did not say that advance registration reserved a seat.
Enrollment is closed
DigiSkills’ homepage later reported that all available Batch-04 seats had filled and enrollment closed July 23, 2026. The batch commenced August 3. As of October 5, 2026, the announced Batch-04 enrollment window has passed.

For a future batch, check the official DigiSkills website for current dates and terms. The available sources do not establish a comprehensive formal eligibility checklist covering residency, age, devices, or internet access, so do not assume that a future batch will use the same requirements or dates.
Who the program is for—and what is known about eligibility
Ignite describes DigiSkills as online skills training intended for youth, freelancers, students, and professionals seeking skills for local and international online job marketplaces. That audience description is not a complete eligibility policy. The reviewed information does not establish a full set of age, residency, or technical requirements.

The training was offered free online through DigiSkills’ learning management system (LMS). The published information does not say that participants must buy a laptop or that the program supplies a device. Check the official notice for any future batch’s specific access requirements.
Course choices and curriculum context
Batch-04 enrollees could select two courses. Do not treat course examples from an earlier batch as the official Batch-04 catalog: the Batch-03 announcement listed 18 courses, including AI using Python, UI/UX & Webflow, and Startup Strategies & Entrepreneurship, alongside updates to existing courses.

Ignite’s 2024–28 Business Plan describes DigiSkills 3.0’s strategic areas as including entrepreneurship and business planning, basic cybersecurity, basic artificial intelligence, blockchain, and robotics. Those priorities provide context for the program’s direction, but they do not confirm the exact course list for Batch-04.
How classes and certificates worked
Batch-04 course videos and materials were delivered through the LMS, with weekly material posted on working Mondays. DigiSkills said trainees must watch videos through the LMS to qualify for an e-certificate. The published statement does not establish additional attendance, assessment, or certificate-issuer conditions.

Registration steps described for earlier batches
A previous-batch notice described this general account process: register with a valid email, activate the account, complete the LMS profile, then enroll in two courses. Treat those details as historical guidance, not as a guarantee of the steps or requirements for a future batch.
