A report said Travis Kelce spent nearly $175,000 on flowers and jewelry for Taylor Swift’s 35th birthday, but the figure has not been confirmed by Swift, Kelce, or the retailers named. The itemized list comes from an account attributed to an unnamed source and summarized by Marie Claire; it should be treated as an unverified report, not a confirmed record of what Kelce bought.
What was Travis Kelce reportedly said to have bought?
Marie Claire reported on Dec. 15, 2024, that The Sun had described nearly $175,000 in alleged gifts. The itemization below reflects that source-based report; it is not independently confirmed purchase information.
| Reported item | Reported price |
|---|---|
| 10 boxes of neon rose-gold roses from The Million Roses | $5,800 |
| 10 boxes of black and red roses | $8,800 |
| 15 boxes of red roses | $4,725 |
| Rose-gold Rolex Day-Date 36 | $60,350 |
| Customized Tiffany & Co. gold split cuff with a heart engraving | $22,000 |
| Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti open-heart bracelet | $25,000 |
| Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra long necklace | $35,500 |
| Vintage Alhambra pendant | $8,200 |
| Vintage Alhambra earrings | $4,150 |
These reported amounts add up to $174,525, which is consistent with the coverage’s rounded “nearly $175,000” description. The arithmetic does not verify that any item was purchased or gifted.
Did Kelce really spend $175,000?
That is not established. The itemized account was attributed through The Sun to a source close to the couple, as summarized by Marie Claire, which cautioned that the list might not be accurate. No direct confirmation from Swift or Kelce, or confirmation from the named retailers, appears in the cited coverage. The responsible answer is that the spending claim was reported, not verified.

What else was reported about the birthday celebration?
In a separate Dec. 16, 2024, account, ELLE drew on Page Six reporting that described a private chef and bartender, presents delivered beforehand, flowers, and engraved jewelry. The source quoted secondhand by ELLE said Kelce had hired a private chef and bartender. That account provides additional source-based details about a private celebration, but it does not independently confirm the $175,000 total or the itemized purchases.
Swift turned 35 on Dec. 13, 2024. The Associated Press reported that she visited Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City on Dec. 12, the day before her birthday; that visit is part of the timeline, not evidence about gifts or spending.

No. Vanity Fair reported on Dec. 19, 2024, that the Eras-themed gathering shown in photos was a surprise celebration for the end of the Eras Tour, not Swift’s birthday party. The outlet said how she marked her Dec. 13 birthday remained unknown.

The reported list describes an extravagant mix of roses, a Rolex, and luxury jewelry, but its prices and purchases remain attributed claims rather than confirmed transactions. Separate coverage described a private celebration, while the much-publicized Eras-themed gathering marked the tour’s conclusion. Those reports do not turn the headline figure into a verified fact.
