Did Remittix Raise $10.5 Million from Toncoin Holders? What the Reports Show

The $10.5 million Remittix presale figure traces to a February 2025 report. A republication credited that report, while the Toncoin-holder claim remains unverified.

The $10.5 million figure comes from a February 3, 2025 TechBullion article, but the available coverage does not independently verify either the fundraising total or the claim that Toncoin holders supplied it. A TechAnnouncer article repeated the figures the next day and credited TechBullion, so it is not separate confirmation. Remittix later claimed a larger presale total in a September 2026 announcement; that, too, is a project statement rather than independently verified fundraising data.

Where did the $10.5 million figure come from?

TechBullion reported on February 3, 2025, that Remittix had raised more than $10.5 million in its presale and sold about 431 million RTX tokens. The article also gave a token price of $0.0521 and said it was expected to rise to $0.0539. Those are figures reported at the time, not independently reconciled fundraising data or current price information.

TechAnnouncer published a similar account on February 4, 2025, and credited TechBullion as its source. Because the later article points back to the first, it should not be counted as independent corroboration.

Did Toncoin holders provide the reported money?

The headline frames the presale as attracting Toncoin holders, but the coverage described here does not establish who contributed the reported amount. It provides no independently verified investor breakdown showing that Toncoin holders supplied $10.5 million. Treat that investor-origin claim as the article’s framing, not a confirmed funding source.

What has Remittix said since the 2025 report?

A Remittix-attributed GlobeNewswire announcement dated September 25, 2026, said the project had passed $32 million in presale contributions and scheduled a token launch for November 24, 2026. As of October 8, 2026, that launch date is still in the future. The announcement attributes both the contribution total and schedule to the project; it does not independently verify receipts or guarantee that the launch will occur on that date.

The $32 million statement is a later project-reported milestone, not an independent audit or confirmation of the earlier $10.5 million figure. The sources described here do not provide independent financial records, an on-chain reconciliation of presale receipts, or a named investor breakdown for either total.

What is RTX, and how does the project say it can be purchased?

Remittix’s project documentation describes RTX as an Ethereum ERC-20 token. Its instructions describe a wallet-connected purchase process and say buyers need an Ethereum-compatible wallet and ETH to pay network gas fees. These are the project’s stated instructions, not the result of an independently tested purchase, and they do not verify the project’s broader payment or service claims.

What does the CertiK listing establish?

CertiK’s Remittix Labs listing includes audit history and records an acknowledged centralization issue. An audit listing concerns assessed code and its findings; it does not establish that the project is legitimate, verify its presale totals, or show that buying RTX is safe. Read the listing as one input about code and disclosed findings, not as a financial endorsement.

How should a reader interpret the headline?

  • Presale total: The more-than-$10.5-million amount and approximately 431 million tokens sold were reported by TechBullion in February 2025.
  • Investor source: The claim involving Toncoin holders is not independently demonstrated by the coverage described here.
  • Later milestone: The more-than-$32-million total is attributed to Remittix in a September 2026 announcement, not independently confirmed.
  • Token price: The $0.0521 price and anticipated $0.0539 price increase belong to the 2025 report and should not be used as present-day price guidance.

These reports describe claims made by a publisher and by the project, not independently verified evidence of presale proceeds or investor identities. They are not a basis on their own for deciding whether to buy a token.
