The available company and product records do not establish a merger, acquisition, rename or shared ownership between Boostworks and ActivNetworks. The apparent connection is likely a mix-up between two names and the product name BoostEdge.

B4 Business reported on 13 September 2023 that People Value Limited had become Boostworks Limited. The business described services for employers and their workforces, including personalized employee benefits and rewards, recognition and wellbeing support. ActivNetworks: a French network-software company
Historical materials describe ActivNetworks as a French company created in 2004 that specialized in accelerating and optimizing Internet traffic. BoostEdge was ActivNetworks’ enterprise WAN and application acceleration product. The company described it as a network appliance for transparently accelerating business applications over wide-area networks and web content.
