Dan Murphy’s at Dunreath Village is open. The 1,250-square-metre store in Perth Airport’s Airport West precinct was announced as open on 25 June 2025, replacing the earlier December 2023 report that it was planned for the centre.
Has Dan Murphy’s at Dunreath Village opened?
Yes. Skyfields by Perth Airport announced the store’s opening on 25 June 2025, and Endeavour Group listed Dunreath Village, Western Australia, as Store #280 among four stores opened in the final two weeks of its financial year. The earlier “set to open” announcement followed a conditional liquor-store licence granted in December 2023; it described construction as scheduled to begin in 2024, not as already underway.
Where is the store?
The store is at Dunreath Village in the Airport West precinct at Perth Airport. Dan Murphy’s current store listing gives the address location as the corner of Dunreath Drive and High Street: Dan Murphy’s Dunreath Village store listing. Skyfields said the store is next to Woolworths and within walking distance of Costco and DFO. Dunreath Village itself opened in 2023 with Woolworths, Priceline and Sushi Hub, and Perth Airport said the centre is within walking distance of Redcliffe train station.
What is known about the store?
Skyfields described the store as 1,250 square metres when announcing its opening in 2025. Perth Airport’s 2026 preliminary draft Master Plan also identifies a 1,250-square-metre liquor store as part of Dunreath Village Stage 2. Perth Airport later described the Dan Murphy’s as part of a 2025 expansion of the centre.

When announcing the planned store in December 2023, Endeavour Group listed a wine precinct, whisky precinct, central tasting area, fine-wine recommendation area, on-demand microclasses, local products and dedicated parking bays for online-order pickup. These were planned features in that announcement; it does not establish which are currently offered. Check with Dan Murphy’s for current services or availability.
What are the trading hours?
The December 2023 conditional licence announcement stated permitted trading hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday. Those are the hours cited in the licence announcement, not a verified current schedule. Check the live store listing before visiting for current hours and service information.
