Status: The deals discussed here were Dell Cyber Week 2025 offers reported on December 2, 2025. That promotion has ended and the original prices, configurations, and inventory should not be treated as current. Dell’s Black Friday page now directs shoppers to year-round offers instead.
The roundup remains useful as a record of which Dell and Alienware products stood out during the event—and what to check before deciding whether a similar discount is genuinely worthwhile.

Quick verdict
Among the expired Cyber Week offers, the Dell 16 Plus was the strongest general-purpose laptop candidate, the Alienware 16X Aurora was the gaming-laptop pick, and the Alienware Aurora desktop was the more serious gaming-system option. The Dell 15 made sense for basic Windows use, while the Dell Pro 14 Plus portable monitor and Alienware AW420K keyboard were more specialized purchases.

What the 2025 promotion was
The underlying article was published December 2, 2025, during the Cyber Week and Cyber Monday shopping period. It covered direct-from-manufacturer offers at Dell across laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories. “Cyber Week” described a seasonal sales window—not a permanent Dell program.
PCMag characterized several prices as unusually low or near the lowest it had observed through its deal-tracking process. That is an attributed historical assessment, not an independently verified price-history conclusion. The offers have since expired; do not assume the same products, configurations, discounts, or prices are still available.
Best Dell laptop deals from Cyber Week 2025
Dell 15: the basic Windows option
The Dell 15 was discounted by 34% and was positioned as an inexpensive Windows 11 machine for web browsing, streaming, Office work, and general household use. PCMag compared its resulting price with Chromebook pricing, but the comparison did not make it a performance laptop.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsBuy if: you need a straightforward Windows computer and the current configuration includes enough memory and storage for your workload.
Skip if: you expect demanding photo or video editing, modern gaming, heavy multitasking, or a long usable life from an entry-level specification. Pay particular attention to whether it has 16GB of RAM; memory that cannot be upgraded is a meaningful limitation.
The accessible deal report does not reveal the exact Dell 15 SKU, configuration, or sale price, so the 34% figure should not be used to reconstruct them.

- Effortlessly chic. Always efficient. Finish your to-do list in no time with the Dell 15, built for everyday computing with 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1355U processor
- Designed for easy learning: Energy-efficient batteries and Express Charge support extend your focus and productivity.
- Stay connected to what you love: Spend more screen time on the things you enjoy with Dell ComfortView software that helps reduce harmful blue light emissions to keep your eyes comfortable over extended viewing times.
- Type with ease: Write and calculate quickly with roomy keypads, separate numeric keypad and calculator hotkey.
- Ergonomic support: Keep your wrists comfortable with lifted hinges that provide an ergonomic typing angle.
Dell 16 Plus: the large-screen productivity pick
The Dell 16 Plus carried a reported 39% discount. PCMag’s review context cited a large, vibrant display, a 120Hz refresh rate, capable components, all-day battery life, and support for Windows 11 Copilot features. The trade-off was weight: a 16-inch laptop can be less portable than its size suggests.
The offer referred to an entry-level configuration. Do not assume that versions with more memory, storage, or a different processor delivered the same effective value.
Buy if: you want a roomy display for documents, browsing, media, and general work, and you will mostly use the laptop at a desk or move it only occasionally.
Skip if: low weight, maximum portability, or discrete graphics performance is a priority.
Alienware 16X Aurora: the gaming-laptop deal
The highlighted Alienware 16X Aurora configuration was discounted by 25% and paired an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor with Nvidia RTX 5060 graphics. PCMag also highlighted a slimmer, more understated redesign and a cooling system using three heat pipes plus top-and-bottom cool-air intakes.

Gaming laptops are generally heavier and less battery-efficient than productivity systems, and their high-performance components can produce more heat and fan noise.

- 256 GB SSD of storage.
- Multitasking is easy with 16GB of RAM
- Equipped with a blazing fast Core i5 2.00 GHz processor.
Buy if: you need gaming performance in a portable form and the exact GPU, panel, memory, and storage meet your requirements.
Skip if: you mainly perform office work, want quiet all-day battery operation, or could get a better-equipped desktop for the same total cost.
The reported 25% saving applied to the highlighted deal, not to every Alienware laptop.
Desktop deals
Dell Tower Plus
PCMag described the Dell Tower Plus as a design successor, in practical terms, to the Dell XPS desktop after Dell’s branding changes. The highlighted system used an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, integrated Intel graphics, and enough memory and storage for everyday computing.
PCMag said the platform could be configured as high as a Core Ultra 9 285K, 64GB of RAM, 4TB of storage, and Nvidia 50-series graphics. That range is important: “every configuration is on sale” does not mean every configuration has the same discount or represents the same value.
For a desktop, check memory and storage upgradeability, power-supply capacity, cooling, internal expansion space, networking, USB and display outputs, and whether a monitor, keyboard, and mouse are included. A compact or proprietary design may limit future upgrades.

- All-day comfort: Dell ComfortView Plus helps reduce harmful blue light emissions while preserving true-to-life color, keeping your eyes comfortable even during prolonged screen time.
- Ready for business: Flip between effortless productivity and captivating entertainment on a large, immersive screen powered by Intel Core 7-150U processor and graphics.
- Built for virtual connection: Bring your connections to life with an up-to FHD camera, designed with wide dynamic range and temporal noise reduction to deliver crisp, sharp images, no matter the lighting conditions.
- Adaptive thermals: Built-in technology allows your PC to sense when it's on a stable surface and adjusts its power and thermals to run more efficiently.
Alienware Aurora gaming desktop
The highlighted Alienware Aurora received a reported $350 discount. Its review context included a 2025 configuration with Nvidia Blackwell 50-series graphics, 32GB of RAM, numerous ports, and room for internal expansion. PCMag’s review context also praised relatively quiet operation and styling that was less aggressive than some gaming desktops.

Monitor deals
Dell Pro 14 Plus portable monitor
This portable monitor was reported at $90 off. PCMag’s review description highlighted very high brightness for a non-OLED portable display, strong color and contrast, USB-C connectivity, a flexible hinged stand, and simple setup.
It suited laptop users who needed a second screen for travel, presentations, mobile office work, or a compact workspace. Before buying, confirm that the laptop’s USB-C port supports video output—often through DisplayPort Alt Mode—and can provide sufficient power. The monitor may draw power from the laptop, reducing battery life. A portable display is not automatically better value than a larger stationary monitor.
Dell QD-OLED gaming monitor
The gaming monitor was reported at $70 off and described as a 1440p QD-OLED display with a 280Hz refresh rate, strong contrast and color, and support for major variable-refresh-rate systems. The accessible excerpt does not identify the exact model number, so it should not be inferred from the description.
Best Value
- Effortlessly chic. Always efficient. Finish your to-do list in no time with the Dell 15, built for everyday computing with Intel processors.
A 280Hz panel is most useful when the computer can produce very high frame rates in the games being played. QD-OLED also carries a premium and requires buyers to consider image retention, burn-in precautions, and the manufacturer’s warranty policy. It may be a poor fit for a static office workload if you are unwilling to manage those risks or verify coverage.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Accessory deal: Alienware AW420K keyboard
The Alienware AW420K tenkeyless mechanical gaming keyboard was reported at 25% off. It has a compact layout without a numeric keypad, RGB lighting, and custom keymaps and profiles through Alienware Command Center.
It was a sensible match for gamers and small desks, particularly for buyers who prefer a mechanical keyboard and do not need a number pad. Spreadsheet-heavy users and data-entry workers should skip it unless they are comfortable using a separate keypad. Lighting and keymap customization may depend on current Alienware Command Center support and device compatibility.
How to judge a Dell deal today
- Identify the exact configuration. Record the processor model, graphics, RAM, storage, display panel, operating system edition, and SKU. Product-family names are not enough.
- Use the final cart price. Include required accessories, shipping, taxes, warranties, and any upgrade charges. “Up to” savings do not establish the discount on your chosen configuration.
- Compare equivalent systems. Check comparable Dell, Lenovo, HP, and Asus models, plus major retailers such as Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, and Costco. Compare hardware, return terms, delivery, and warranty—not just the reference price.
- Check the reference price carefully. An estimated value is not automatically a genuine recent selling price. A coupon, membership offer, financing condition, or bundle requirement can also change the real value.
- Match hardware to the workload. Integrated graphics suit productivity but are not equivalent to an RTX GPU for modern games or GPU-accelerated creative work. For many Windows laptops, 16GB of RAM and at least 512GB of storage are practical starting points, with 1TB preferable for large game libraries or media work.
- Check physical and compatibility details. Review weight and battery expectations on laptops; upgrade paths and power supplies on desktops; and USB-C video, refresh rate, HDR, stand, VESA, and OLED warranty details on monitors.
Current Dell offers: separate from the expired Cyber Week report
Dell’s U.S. deals page states that its Black Friday event has ended but displays year-round offers. The following storefront prices were observed on August 18, 2026; because Dell pricing, inventory, and promotional terms can change, verify every figure before purchasing.

|---|---|---|---|
| Dell 15 laptop | $449.99 | $599.99 | $150 |
| Dell Pro 16 laptop | $1,179 | $1,529 | $350 |
| Dell Pro Slim Desktop | $1,062.56 | $1,332.56 | $270 |
| Dell desktop configuration | $999.99 | $1,179.99 | $180 |
| Alienware 15 gaming laptop | $999.99 | $1,349.99 | $350 |
| Alienware Aurora gaming desktop | $3,729.99 | $4,529.99 | $800 |
| Dell 27 Monitor SE2726H | $109.99 | $119.99 | Not shown as a fixed dollar saving |
The page also displayed a limited-time offer for 50% off the SE2726H when purchasing a PC or laptop. Its displayed end date varied by page capture, so confirm the promotion’s eligibility and deadline in the cart. Current product links include the Dell 15, Dell Pro 16, Alienware 15, Alienware Aurora, and Dell 27 Monitor SE2726H.
Branding note: XPS versus newer Dell names
PCMag reported that Dell had dropped the XPS designation from some current laptops and desktops, which is why it described the Tower Plus in relation to the XPS desktop. Dell’s 2026 storefront nevertheless continues to show both newer Dell-branded products and XPS products in its shopping taxonomy. Treat “successor” or “replacement” language as a product-positioning explanation, not proof that every XPS model and Tower Plus configuration is identical.
Bottom line
The 2025 Cyber Week roundup identified potentially strong discounts, but those offers are historical. The best lesson for a current Dell purchase is to compare the exact configuration and final checkout price, then account for warranty, return terms, delivery, upgrade limits, and the accessories required to complete the setup. A large discount is useful only when the underlying hardware fits your needs.
