The CSIR-UGC NET June 2025 application correction window closed at 11:59 p.m. on 29 June 2025. It is not open now. NTA’s 23 June 2025 notice extended the dates for registered candidates to correct particulars in their online applications; any later-cycle deadline requires a separate official notice.
When was the CSIR-UGC NET June 2025 correction window?
NTA extended the correction facility to 28 and 29 June 2025, with corrections accepted until 11:59 p.m. on 29 June. The dates replaced the original 25–26 June schedule in the June 2025 information bulletin.

These are historical dates for the June 2025 cycle, not deadlines for a future CSIR-UGC NET examination.
Who could use the facility, and what could candidates correct?
The notice was addressed to candidates already registered for Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2025. NTA directed them to check their application particulars on the official portal when the correction window went live and to follow Annexure I for the corrections permitted. The notice does not establish that every field could be edited, so the permitted changes depended on that annexure.

The official portal was csirnet.nta.ac.in. Candidates who had an application difficulty could contact NTA at 011-40759000 or 011-69227700, or email [email protected], as listed in the notice.
What was the June 2025 exam?
Joint CSIR-UGC NET is administered by the National Testing Agency. The June 2025 examination assessed eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor appointment; Assistant Professor appointment and Ph.D. admission; or Ph.D. admission only. The bulletin described it as a computer-based objective multiple-choice examination lasting 180 minutes, scheduled for 26–28 July 2025.

The bulletin listed June 2025 examination fees of INR 1,150 for General candidates, INR 600 for General-EWS/OBC-NCL candidates, and INR 325 for SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender applicants. These were fees for that cycle only and should not be treated as current fees for a later examination.

The June 2025 extension notice applies only to that examination cycle. For another cycle, use the official CSIR-UGC NET portal and its current notices rather than relying on these expired dates.
