Which recruitment result was declared?
The result was for the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research’s Combined Administrative Services Examination (CSIR CASE-2023), recruiting for Section Officer (SO) and Assistant Section Officer (ASO) posts. It was not an ISRO result. CSIR’s notice is dated June 3, 2024, while ISRO maintains a separate careers and recruitment notices page: ISRO Careers.
CSIR’s official CASE Recruitments & Results listing was last updated October 7, 2026, and includes later CASE-2023 marks and waiting-list actions. The Stage-I declaration is therefore a historical result, not a new October 2026 announcement.
How candidates were instructed to download their scores
CSIR’s June 3, 2024 notice said candidates could view, download, or print their raw score, percentile score, and normalized score through the CSIR online recruitment portal. Candidates needed their registered email address, date of birth, and a mobile OTP. The notice’s access period was June 3, 2024, at 11:00 through June 18, 2024, at 17:00. That period has passed; the notice does not establish that score downloads remain available now.

For any later updates or instructions, use CSIR’s current recruitment listing rather than relying on an old direct-download link. CSIR also said question papers and correct answers could be viewed and downloaded from the same portal; that instruction referred to exam materials, separately from the score-download details.
What the 2024 result notice reported
The Stage-I examination was held from February 5 to February 20, 2024. CSIR reported that 8,880 candidates were shortlisted provisionally, pending scrutiny of eligibility. The notice gave these minimum cut-offs out of 350:

All figures are the minimum cut-offs reported by CSIR in its June 3, 2024 Stage-I result notice; each is out of 350. The notice described Stage II as Paper III and the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT), with the CPT applying to the ASO post. Those are details of the 2024 selection process, not a current exam schedule.
