One shopper reportedly said, “I could eat the entire container”—but that is a single social-media reaction, not a measure of how shoppers generally feel. The reported package size and price are historical, and current Costco stock and local pricing have not been confirmed.
What are Costco’s Marshmallow Crispy Cookies?
Allrecipes coverage republished by AOL described a brown-butter dough with visible marshmallow bits and pockets of crispy rice cereal. Tasting Table characterized the cookies as crisp on the outside, with a soft, chewy center. These are descriptions from published coverage, not an independent tasting. AOL’s July 12, 2025 republished report and Tasting Table’s July 10, 2025 article describe the product.
The available reports do not provide a complete ingredient list or product label, so they do not establish nutrition or allergen details.
How many cookies were in the package, and what did they cost?
Tasting Table reported on July 10, 2025, that a package contained 24 cookies for $9.99, noting that prices could vary by location. AOL’s July 12, 2025 republication of Allrecipes also reported 24 cookies for $9.99. SheFinds later described a 24-count container and an approximate price of $9–$11. These are dated reports, not a current quote for a particular warehouse.

What did shoppers say about the taste?
Tasting Table attributed “I could eat the entire container” to an Instagram user reacting to the cookies; SheFinds also reproduced the phrase from a follower’s comment. Tasting Table quoted Costco-focused social-media poster Laura Jayne Lamb calling them “absolute perfection,” and quoted another commenter describing a crunchy crust and a soft, chewy center. Those reactions are anecdotes, not a representative survey of Costco shoppers.
Are these the same as Costco’s s’mores cookies?
No. Tasting Table described the Marshmallow Crispy Cookies as lighter in color and without chocolate. Its description of the s’mores cookies includes marshmallow, chocolate chips, and graham cracker flour. The two bakery cookies share marshmallow, but the reported descriptions distinguish their other components and appearance.

Current inventory is unconfirmed. Tasting Table said it was unclear whether the cookies were a limited-edition item or had replaced another seasonal cookie. Check with your local Costco for current availability and price rather than relying on the July 2025 reports.
