ConductorOne announced a $79 million Series B on October 28, 2025, led by Greycroft. CrowdStrike Falcon Fund joined as a strategic investor, alongside existing investors Accel and Felicis Ventures. The company said the financing brought its total capital raised to more than $100 million.

Who invested in ConductorOne’s Series B?

Greycroft led the round. CrowdStrike Falcon Fund participated as a strategic investor, and existing investors Accel and Felicis Ventures also joined. ConductorOne’s announcement and Greycroft’s account identify the participants.

How much did the company raise, and what will it fund?

The announced Series B amount was $79 million. ConductorOne said the round took its total capital raised to more than $100 million. It planned to use the proceeds for product innovation, enterprise adoption, team growth, and customer support, according to its October 28, 2025 release.

What does ConductorOne do?

ConductorOne, now C1, sells enterprise identity-security software. The company describes its platform as bringing identity and access visibility together, applying access controls, enabling just-in-time access, and automating access reviews across applications and infrastructure. It says the platform supports human, non-human, and AI identities and can be used on its own or alongside legacy systems. These are company-described capabilities, not independently tested product findings.

In March 2026, C1 announced AI Access Management, an extension for managing enterprise access to AI tools, agents, and MCP connections. That announcement came after the Series B and is separate from the financing. C1’s announcement distributed by GlobeNewswire also cites company survey figures about AI-tool use and policy awareness; the release does not establish the underlying methodology, so those figures should not be treated as independently validated.

What is known about the company’s valuation and growth?

The official funding announcement did not disclose a valuation. Forbes reported a $350 million valuation, attributing it to sources familiar with the deal. Forbes also reported that the company tripled revenue in the prior year and added customers including Zscaler and Brex; those are secondary-reporting claims, not figures disclosed in the funding announcement. Forbes’ October 28, 2025 report also described a Zscaler onboarding-time reduction from 20 days to 20 minutes, attributing the outcome to Alex Bovee; it is a reported customer result, not an independently verified benchmark.

Why is the company now called C1?

When it announced the 2025 financing, the company used the name ConductorOne. On April 6, 2026, it announced that ConductorOne had become C1. Use “ConductorOne” when referring to the historical funding announcement, while recognizing C1 as the company’s current name. C1’s name-change announcement explains the transition.
