Na página do evento, escolhia a data, o setor e as opções de ingresso e entrega que ainda estivessem disponíveis. Eventuais taxas de entrega eram apresentadas durante o processo, e as informações de bilheteria oficial e horários deveriam ser conferidas na própria página do evento. A promotora recomendava criar uma conta antes de começar a compra de shows concorridos.
