The Click Frenzy Travel sale in the headline was a short promotion in August 2024, and it has expired. PerthNow reported that selected Qatar Airways flights to Paris and other European destinations were advertised at 12% off. That was a historical offer, not a price or booking option available now.
Was there a Click Frenzy deal on flights to Paris?
Yes. PerthNow’s August 7, 2024 coverage of Click Frenzy Travel reported 12% off selected Qatar Airways flights to Paris and other European destinations. The coverage does not establish the eligible travel dates, the fares before the discount, or the offer’s booking conditions, so the percentage alone cannot show what a traveller would have saved.
The offer was presented during the 2024 Paris Olympics, which supplied the headline’s timely angle. It should not be read as an ongoing Qatar Airways discount or as evidence of current fares. PerthNow’s 2024 coverage is the source for the historical promotion.
When did the sale end?
The 2024 event launched Wednesday, August 7, at 5 p.m. WST and was advertised as running until 10 p.m. on August 10, 2024, according to PerthNow. Those dates have passed.

Click Frenzy’s later Travel Frenzy event was separate: the official calendar lists its 2026 dates as August 26–30, and the event page says it has wrapped. Those later dates do not extend or reinstate the 2024 Qatar Airways offer. Click Frenzy Travel Frenzy event page · Click Frenzy calendar
What kinds of deals were included?
PerthNow described the 2024 event as covering more than airfares. Examples in its August 7 article included:
Rank #2
- Flights: the selected Qatar Airways offer to Paris and other European destinations, plus a Jetstar Japan offer.
- Cruises: discounts involving Norwegian Cruise Line and Celebrity Cruises.
- Tours and experiences: offers from G Adventures and Halong Tours.
- Accommodation and local travel: local hotel packages, Jucy car and campervan rentals, and Greyhound tickets.
- Travel gear: 50% off selected Sennheiser travel headphones, as reported by PerthNow, alongside luggage and accessories categories.
These are examples of offers advertised for the 2024 sale, not current availability or price guidance. A later event may have different participating brands and terms; PerthNow’s March 2026 coverage discusses a separate event, not the Paris promotion. PerthNow coverage

A discount percentage is only useful when the underlying fare or package and its conditions are clear. For any current promotion, compare like with like and confirm the details directly with the airline, hotel, tour operator, or retailer before paying.
