The covered event ended on 17 May 2024, so its listed prices and offers have expired. The 70% figure was the maximum advertised discount, not a typical saving across the sale.
What was the Click Frenzy Mayhem offer?
PerthNow published its Click Frenzy Mayhem roundup on 14 May 2024. It described a broad Australian online shopping event with promotions across home and bedding, fashion and footwear, electronics, health and beauty, travel, pet supplies, and food and beverages. The article said the event would end on Friday, 17 May 2024.

The headline’s “up to 70% off” was a maximum promotional claim. It does not mean every item was discounted by 70%, nor establish how much shoppers typically saved. The article also noted its prices were correct at publication; they should be treated as historical, not as current prices or recommendations.
Which retailers and categories appeared in the 2024 roundup?
The roundup named retailers including The Good Guys, Emma Sleep, Koala, Priceline, Lenovo, and De’Longhi. Its examples included up to 20% off selected ranges at The Good Guys; an advertised Emma Sleep saving of up to 50% plus an additional 10%; 20% off sitewide at Koala with a named code; Priceline online offers of up to 40% off; and up to 25% off selected De’Longhi coffee machines. These were offers reported in that 2024 article, not independently verified comparisons or evidence that the retailers are participating in a current event.

- Redeemable towards millions of items store-wide at Amazon.com or certain affiliated websites.
- Available for immediate delivery. Gift cards sent by email can be scheduled up to a year in advance.
- No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards.
Other categories included mattresses and bedding, appliances and electronics, beauty, travel, pet supplies, and food and drinks. The article linked readers to air fryer, mattress, and mattress-topper guides, but it did not identify one particular product as the central deal.
Is Click Frenzy Mayhem on now?
The 2024 offers have expired. A later Sitchu shopping roundup, titled “The Best Deals of Click Frenzy Mayhem 2025,” has a search-result excerpt referring to a 2026 event ending at midnight on 17 May 2026. That secondary report is not enough to verify current dates or live retailer offers, and it does not establish dates for future events.

How to judge a shopping-event discount
A percentage discount is only useful if the item and comparison price are clear. Before buying, compare the exact product model and configuration rather than relying on a category-level claim. Check the conditions that affect the real cost:

Is Click Frenzy the same as Black Friday?
The 2024 PerthNow article describes Click Frenzy as an Australian online shopping event, but the available information does not establish a detailed comparison with Black Friday. Treat them as separate sale events: dates, participating retailers, products, and discounts need to be checked for each event rather than assumed to match.
