How to check the CLAT 2025 second allotment list

Open the Consortium’s Second Provisional Allotment List page.

Select the detailed list for the relevant NLU and programme option.

Check your own name and allotment status in that list. The list page provides links by participating NLU and programme; individual seat outcomes and cut-offs should be checked there rather than inferred from the general announcement.

If you were allotted a seat, follow the concerned NLU’s document-verification and admission instructions. An allotment is provisional until that NLU verifies your documents.
What the 2025 deadlines were
The Consortium scheduled publication of the second list for 10:00 a.m. on June 4, 2025. For candidates allotted a seat in that list, the confirmation-fee and NLU admission window ended at 1:00 p.m. on June 9, 2025. Candidates who selected Freeze in the first or second counselling round had until 5:00 p.m. on June 14, 2025, to pay the remaining university fee. These are expired 2025 deadlines, not dates to act on now. The schedule and requirements are in the Consortium CLAT 2025 counselling instructions.

What Freeze, Float and Exit meant

Freeze: Accept the allocated seat and stop participating in later counselling rounds. Candidates who chose Freeze in round one or two also had to pay the remaining university fee by the June 14 deadline.

Float: Keep the current allocated seat while remaining eligible to move to a higher-preference NLU in a subsequent round. Float was available through the second round.

Exit: Withdraw from counselling.
Under the instructions, failing to select an option by the applicable deadline risked losing the seat and being removed from subsequent lists. The instructions set the confirmation fee at Rs. 20,000 and describe it as non-refundable; for candidates who secure admission, it is adjusted against the NLU fee. Candidates should consult the full instructions for the rules applying to their option and refund circumstances.
