Enter a Chemist Warehouse voucher code in the code field at online checkout before paying. If it does not work, check its expiry, terms, minimum spend, product exclusions, spelling and whether it has already been used. Chemist Warehouse says voucher codes are single-use and that the applicable offer terms determine eligibility.
How to apply a Chemist Warehouse discount code
- Add eligible products to your cart and continue to online checkout.
- Enter the voucher code in the checkout code field before payment, taking care to match its characters exactly.
- Check that the discount appears in the order total before completing payment. The retailer says the discounted amount is deducted before payment.
For the retailer’s guidance, see Chemist Warehouse Australia’s Products, Pricing & Promotions help page.
Why a voucher code may not work
- It has expired: Some codes are valid only for a stated period.
- You have already used it: Chemist Warehouse says, “Our voucher codes can only be used once, if you have previously used the code, it won’t be able to be applied again.”
- Your cart does not qualify: An offer may exclude particular products or require a minimum spend. Read the terms attached to that offer.
- The code was entered incorrectly: Check for typing errors and any confusion between similar characters.
- The code is not valid for that offer or order: A code appearing on an unofficial listing is not proof that the retailer will accept it.
If the code still fails after checking the offer terms, contact Chemist Warehouse through its official help-centre route rather than assuming the listing is valid.
Where to look for current Chemist Warehouse savings
Check the current catalogue
Chemist Warehouse says it releases a new catalogue fortnightly. Its help centre says the current catalogue can be viewed online or collected in store. Catalogue prices are a way to find current offers, but they do not establish that a separate voucher code is active. See the retailer’s Products, Pricing & Promotions help page.

Compare the price-match rules before shopping in store
Chemist Warehouse describes its Lowest Price Guarantee for eligible in-store requests: it may match a lower price at another Australian registered pharmacy or retailer with a physical trading address in the same state as the store, then give 10% off the difference. Limits and exclusions apply, including some online-only offers and promotional bundles.
The guarantee is not available for online purchases, including Click & Collect, Fast Delivery and online-only products. The retailer says online prices are the same as in-store prices except for online-only promotions. Check the retailer’s current price and promotion terms for eligibility; do not assume an online order qualifies for a price match.

Check cashback conditions before combining offers
AMP Rewards listed 5% cashback for Chemist Warehouse purchases from 30 September through 19 November 2026. Its listing says purchases using voucher or promo codes not featured on its platform are excluded. The offer is date-bound and its terms may change, so confirm the live conditions and whether your chosen code is eligible before deciding between cashback and a voucher code. See AMP Rewards’ Chemist Warehouse cashback listing.

- Which products qualify, and which are excluded?
- Is there a minimum spend?
- When does the offer expire, and is redemption limited?
- Does the saving apply online, in store, or both?
- If considering cashback, does its provider allow the voucher code you plan to use?
A code is useful only if it applies to your basket and the discount is shown before you pay. A catalogue offer, eligible in-store price match or cashback listing may be a better fit when a code does not qualify.
