If you received a Chase card and need to activate it, use the instructions on the card’s activation sticker, sign in through the official Chase website or app, or call the number printed on the card. Chase’s published guidance describes different steps for credit cards and debit/ATM cards. The exact address Chase.com/verifycard and a public “verify receipt” feature by that name could not be confirmed in Chase’s official instructions, so don’t enter your login details on a page reached through an unverified link.
Is Chase.com/verifycard an official login?
Chase’s published card-activation instructions direct customers to its online banking channels, phone service, the card’s activation sticker or, for debit cards, a Chase ATM. They do not confirm Chase.com/verifycard as an official address or “verify receipt” as the name of a public Chase feature. A Google Forms result using that wording is not a Chase-owned source and does not establish that the page or login is legitimate: the form.
For safer access, open the Chase app or type Chase’s known official website address yourself. Sign in there and follow any activation prompt shown for your card. The precise interface can vary, so use the instructions supplied with the card rather than relying on an unverified page or guessed menu path. Activate a Chase credit card
Chase says some credit cards require activation and others do not. If your card requires it, Chase generally offers online or phone activation; follow the sticker or secure instructions provided with your card. Once activated, the card can typically be used immediately. Check the card-specific directions for the method that applies to your account.

- If directed to activate by phone, call the number printed on the card or its official activation materials.
- Follow the confirmation shown or given by Chase before using the card.

Activate a Chase debit or ATM card
Chase lists three ways to activate a debit card: online, by phone at 1-800-290-3935, or by completing a transaction at a Chase ATM using the PIN. Chase separately says an ATM card can be used immediately. For an activation-specific question, use the route and instructions for the particular card you received.

If the card is not listed in your account
Do not guess at an activation URL or use a third-party form to provide account credentials. Use the number printed on the card or contact Chase through its official customer-service page if the card does not appear in online or mobile banking. For a card that came with an activation sticker, follow that card-specific instruction.

Replacement card after a fraud claim
Chase says to activate a replacement card issued after a fraud claim from the phone number associated with the account. Its fraud page lists 1-800-955-9060 for credit-card fraud and 1-800-978-8664 for debit-card fraud. Confirm the current contact details on Chase’s official fraud page before calling: Fraud | Customer Service | Chase.
