Can you still file a Cash App settlement claim?
No. The claim deadline for Salinas et al. v. Block, Inc. and Cash App Investing, LLC, Case No. 22-cv-04823, was November 18, 2024. The settlement administrator says it no longer accepts late claim forms. Simply having used Cash App or belonging to the settlement class does not qualify someone for payment; a person had to submit a timely, valid claim and have it approved. When will approved Cash App settlement claims be paid?
The administrator’s homepage, updated September 28, 2026, says distribution to approved claims is scheduled for October 2026. It does not give a specific day or state how much any individual claimant will receive. Check the official settlement status page for updates, since payment timing can change.

The FAQ describes a $15 million settlement fund. That is the fund for the settlement, not the amount paid to each claimant. It also refers to a preliminary estimated total settlement value of approximately $20 million when proposed remedial and injunctive relief was included; that preliminary estimate is not cash distributed to claimants.
