Yes—under SCUF’s U.S. return policy, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery if you simply don’t like your controller. For a custom controller, SCUF may deduct a 15% restocking fee; pre-configured controllers are exempt from that fee under the support FAQ. Ordinary dissatisfaction returns must be unopened, and you pay return shipping.
When can you return a SCUF controller?
SCUF’s U.S. support FAQ allows controller returns within 30 days from delivery. The deadline applies to the return request, which eligible customers can submit through SCUF’s Online Return Center. The FAQ’s detailed instructions are for U.S. customers; rules may differ in another country or when you bought from a third-party seller.
How product condition and customization affect the return
Custom controllers
If you return a custom controller because you changed your mind, SCUF says a 15% restocking fee may apply. Its U.S. return FAQ and terms of sale describe the fee; the terms also allow additional charges for excessive use or damage.
Pre-configured controllers
SCUF’s FAQ says pre-configured controllers are exempt from the 15% restocking fee. That exemption does not remove the other return conditions, including the deadline, unopened-item rule, and return-shipping cost.

Faulty or incorrect goods
SCUF’s FAQ gives a 30-day period for faulty and incorrectly supplied goods, with handling distinct from a change-of-mind return. Contact support and follow the instructions for the specific issue rather than submitting it as ordinary dissatisfaction.

How the warranty differs from a return
A warranty addresses qualifying product faults; it does not extend the ordinary return window for a controller you simply do not like. SCUF’s current U.S. warranty page lists one year of coverage for new Instinct, Reflex, Envision, Nomad, and Valor controllers purchased from SCUF or an authorized reseller, subject to the written warranty terms: SCUF warranty.

The return details above are from SCUF’s U.S. English support pages. If you live elsewhere, local consumer-protection rights may apply. If you bought from a retailer or marketplace seller, check that seller’s return policy as well; SCUF’s direct-store process does not establish a third-party seller’s rules.
