T-Mobile’s public T-Mobile Tuesdays page currently lists a different food promotion—a free KFC Famous Bowl with a $1 or more purchase through the KFC app or online—not a free $5 cookie. A cookie offer could still be limited to particular T-Life accounts or locations, so check the offers shown after signing in before making plans.
How to check whether the cookie offer is available to you
-
Open the T-Life app and sign in to the T-Mobile account you would use to claim the offer.
-
Open the T-Mobile Tuesdays offer listing and look for the cookie promotion. T-Mobile directs customers to T-Life for offer details: T-Mobile Tuesdays: Free Stuff & Weekly Perks.
-
If the offer appears, open it and read its terms before visiting the retailer. Confirm the claim and expiration dates, any required purchase, participating locations, account or plan eligibility, redemption limits, and whether taxes or other charges apply.

What T-Mobile’s public offer information shows
The current T-Mobile Tuesdays page displays a free KFC Famous Bowl with a $1 or more spend through the KFC app or online. A September 30, 2026 roundup of promotions starting October 6 also lists KFC, a 7-Eleven or Speedway drink, Shell savings, Pizza Hut, and a Cinnabon buy-one-get-one offer—but not a free $5 cookie. That roundup is secondary reporting, and neither it nor the public T-Mobile page can establish what an individual account sees.

T-Mobile’s page describes the program as offering limited-time benefits and says a qualifying plan is required. The program terms, last updated January 30, 2025, state that some program features are restricted to customers in active status with a qualifying T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile plan, and that additional promotion-specific terms may apply: T-Mobile Tuesdays Program Terms and Conditions. General eligibility does not guarantee access to a particular offer.
How to assess the cost before redeeming
The phrase “free $5 cookie” does not establish that every customer can get one at no cost. If a cookie promotion appears in T-Life, use its own terms to determine the actual out-of-pocket cost. Check for a minimum purchase, required app or online order, location restrictions, and any redemption cap. A required purchase can make the cookie free while still leaving you with a bill.

What T-Mobile’s program figures mean
T-Mobile’s current benefits page says the program has delivered 1.4 billion “thankings” over 10 years and offered over $900 worth of freebies per member last year. These are T-Mobile’s promotional claims, not independently audited estimates of what an individual subscriber received or can claim. They do not verify the cookie offer.
