Yes. Robinhood currently offers cash delivery in select New York City ZIP codes, but it is a limited-area feature—not a nationwide service. Eligible customers request a withdrawal from Robinhood Checking in the app; orders must be $200 to $1,000, and delivery fees apply.
Where Robinhood cash delivery is available
Robinhood lists cash delivery as operating in select ZIP codes in New York City and says it plans to expand to more areas. Availability and delivery hours can vary by ZIP code, including shorter hours where driver supply is limited. Check the Cash Delivery option in the app to see whether your address is eligible. Robinhood’s cash-delivery help page describes the current service area and conditions.

How a cash delivery works
- In the Robinhood app, go to Home → Checking under Accounts → Cash → Cash Delivery, if the option is available.
- Choose Robinhood Checking and an amount, then confirm the delivery address and optional tip. The address must be the home address on file for the primary or joint account holder.
- Authenticate with Face ID, fingerprint, or your device passcode. The app will show an estimated arrival time.
- At delivery, retrieve the PIN Robinhood provides and share it only with the driver at the door. The transaction appears in your account history after completion.
Orders are accepted from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time, subject to shorter hours in some ZIP codes. Only a primary or joint account holder can request delivery; children cannot. Delivery is unavailable if you changed your residential address in the previous seven days. You get two PIN attempts; an incorrect PIN cancels the order.

Robinhood Banking eligibility and Gold requirements
Robinhood says Banking access requires an invitation and an annual Robinhood Gold subscription. Its current getting-started information describes a 60-day preview after opening an account. To retain benefits long-term, customers must maintain annual Gold and set up at least $1,000 per month in qualifying employer or payroll direct deposits within the preview period. After that, they must avoid going three consecutive months without meeting the direct-deposit requirement. A first-ever deposit below $1,000 waives the requirement for that month and the next two months. Transfers from another bank do not count as qualifying direct deposits.
Robinhood lists annual Gold at $50. Without qualifying direct deposits, checking earns 0% APY; savings APY still requires annual Gold. Rates and account terms may change, so consult Robinhood’s current Banking terms before signing up.

What happens if a delivery is canceled?
You can cancel in the app. Refunds depend on the reason: system issues, driver unavailability, or an address outside the service zone qualify for a full refund. If you cancel after confirmation, or the driver cannot verify the PIN or safely complete delivery, Robinhood says the cash amount is refunded, but the fee and tip may not be.
Who provides the bank account?
Robinhood is a financial technology company, not a bank. Checking and savings services are provided by Coastal Community Bank, Member FDIC. Robinhood’s Banking product page gives the provider information and account details.

Robinhood’s March 2025 announcement described Banking as planned for fall 2025. Its current help information now lists cash delivery as operating in select New York City ZIP codes, so the feature is no longer only a launch promise. The announcement quoted CEO Vlad Tenev describing Banking as designed to be easy to use while offering features historically reserved for the wealthy; that was Robinhood’s promotional characterization, not an independent assessment. The announcement distributed by Publicnow provides the historical launch context.
