The clearest documented standalone Black Friday 2023 offer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III was Amazon’s reported US price of $60 for the standard PS5 edition, down from $70. GameSpot reported it on November 22, 2023. That was a historical, retailer- and edition-specific offer—not a current deal or evidence of the same discount on other platforms.
What was the Black Friday 2023 deal?
GameSpot reported that Amazon was selling the standard PS5 edition of Modern Warfare III for $60, reduced from $70, in the United States on November 22, 2023. The offer applied to that edition and retailer; it does not establish a matching price for Xbox, PC, other editions, or other retailers. GameSpot’s report

Was there also a PS5 console bundle?
PlayStation’s official US Black Friday post pointed to a PS5 console bundle with Modern Warfare III at participating retailers where available. This was a separate hardware-and-game offer, not the standalone $60 game price. The announcement directed shoppers to local retailers for availability and terms, so it does not establish a universal bundle price. PlayStation’s Black Friday announcement

Activision’s editions guide described standard, Cross-Gen, and Vault digital editions on applicable platforms. Cross-Gen and Vault pre-purchases for a preferred console included access to the previous generation as well as the current generation. The documented Amazon sale, however, was specifically for the standard PS5 edition; its price should not be applied to another edition without a separate offer. Prices and availability varied by market. Activision’s editions guide

Did the Xbox listing show a 50% discount?
Xbox Wire’s sale catalogue included a 50% entry for a title called “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.” The listing does not identify the 2023 release or its edition, and the catalogue also includes older Call of Duty titles. It therefore cannot reliably establish a 50% Black Friday discount on Modern Warfare III (2023). Xbox Wire sale catalogue

No current price follows from these historical reports. The $60 Amazon offer was reported in November 2023, and the PlayStation bundle reference was a time-limited, region-dependent promotion. Check the retailer’s live listing for today’s price, platform, edition, and any bundle terms rather than relying on an expired sale.
