Candidates looking for a current download should check the Bihar Technical Service Commission’s official Admit Card/Call Letter page and notices: its later archive entry is for document verification, not the original exam hall ticket.
What happened with the BTSC Insect Collector admit card?
Scroll reported on April 14, 2025 that the Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) had released the Insect Collector admit card for Advertisement 01/2025. Scroll listed the examination dates as April 16, 17, 21 and 22, 2025, across two shifts, and said the recruitment aimed to fill 53 vacancies. Those are details reported by Scroll; the official notice PDF linked in its report could not be read in the available page extraction.
Because those examination dates are in the past, this is a historical update rather than a notice that the 2025 exam admit card is newly available. The original exam hall ticket and the later document-verification call letter are separate documents for different stages.
How to find the official download route
Scroll’s reported instructions were to visit BTSC’s official website, open the Admit Card/Call Letter section, and select the Insect Collector admit-card link. Candidates were directed to enter their login details, download the hall ticket and print it.

A BTSC-hosted PDF titled “Link For Admit Card” lists this candidate portal URL: https://cdn3.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/1631/91924/login.html. The portal’s current availability has not been verified; it returned a 403 Forbidden response when checked. Start from BTSC’s official site and review its current notices rather than assuming the old login link still works.
What BTSC’s later archive entry means
BTSC’s official admit-card archive lists “Download Call Letter for Document Verification Under Advt No-01/2025 (कीट संग्रहकर्ता)” with an archive date window of July 22–28, 2025. That listing concerns document verification, a later recruitment stage. It does not establish that the April written-exam admit card remains downloadable.
