Why do reports mention 4,016 vacancies?
In October 2024, Scroll reported that BSPHCL reopened applications and increased the reported vacancy count to 4,016, with October 15, 2024 as the new closing date. What were the JEE (GTO) application and exam dates?
For Junior Electrical Engineer (GTO), BSPHCL Employment Notice No. 02/2024 set registration for April 1–30, 2024 and described the computer-based test as tentative for May/June 2024. The notice included a syllabus and said a mock/demo CBT would be available on BSPHCL’s website. It also directed candidates to monitor the site for updates and admit cards. These dates belong specifically to Notice No. 02/2024 and are historical, not a schedule for a new application round.
