What was the revised BPSC 70th CCE prelims date?
Contemporaneous coverage on 18 October 2024 reported that BPSC revised the preliminary-exam information it had published on 2 September. The revised tentative date was 13 December 2024. Hindustan Times reproduced the notice wording: “The tentative date of Integrated 70th Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Examination is 13.12.2024.” The report said the 2 September information was modified to that extent. Why does BPSC’s calendar show two preliminary dates?
BPSC’s current exam calendar lists 13 December 2024 and 4 January 2025 as preliminary dates for the Integrated 70th CCE. The calendar is the broader completed-cycle record; the October 2024 announcement specifically revised the tentative date to 13 December.
