As of 8 October 2026, the official Bihar Vidhan Sabha listings do not show one new admit-card release covering every post. The homepage lists the Junior Clerk final result for Advertisement No. 02/2024 and a typing-check admit-card link for Personal Assistant and Stenographer candidates under Advertisement No. 03/2024. Use the notice for your own post and exam stage rather than assuming the link applies to all candidates.
Official Bihar Vidhan Sabha admit card and recruitment links
Start at the Bihar Vidhan Sabha official website and open the Recruitment Notice page. Find the advertisement number and post matching your application, then select the notice or admit-card link for your examination stage. The listing includes separate notices for Junior Clerk recruitment and for Reporter, Personal Assistant (PA), and Stenographer recruitment. Link labels can change, so check the notice details before proceeding.
- Open the official Bihar Vidhan Sabha website.
- Go to Recruitment Notice and locate your advertisement number: 02/2024 for Junior Clerk or 03/2024 for Reporter, PA, and Stenographer.
- Check that the notice is for your post and the correct stage, such as a typing check, before opening its admit-card link.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. The reviewed notices do not establish the current login fields or a single download workflow, so use the portal’s displayed directions rather than relying on assumed application credentials.
- Read the downloaded admit card and its associated notice for the date, venue, reporting time, and required documents.
The Recruitment Notice page is the official navigation point for the separate advertisements and stages: Bihar Vidhan Sabha Recruitment Notice. The Secretariat advises candidates to cross-check official records because online records may be delayed or contain errors.
Which post and stage are listed?

| Reporter, Personal Assistant (PA), and Stenographer | 03/2024 | Homepage lists a typing-check admit-card link for PA and Stenographer candidates. A notice dated 18 September 2025 said the admit card for a typing test scheduled for 22 September 2025 would be available from 19 September 2025. Those dates are past. |
These listings refer to different posts and stages; the PA/Stenographer typing-check link is not a general admit-card release for every recruitment. Check the official page for any later notice or revised schedule before making travel arrangements.

What should you carry to the exam?
Follow the instructions printed on your own admit card and the matching notice. In the 13 June 2025 notice for the Advt. No. 03/2024 Reporter, PA, and Stenographer examination, candidates were told to bring two copies of the admit card and one original identity document. That instruction is specific to the examination covered by that notice and should not be assumed to apply to every post or later stage.
If that notice applies to you, print the two copies it specifies. A4 paper is a practical option if printing at home; using a print shop is also sufficient. Check that the printed details are legible and bring the original ID specified by your admit card or notice.
