What did the application process require?

- Submit one application per job position. The portal said applicants could save and print a draft, but could not change the form after final submission.
- Upload a notarized affidavit. The registration page warns that candidature may be cancelled if the uploaded affidavit lacks notary attestation. The landing page provides an affidavit download link.
- Check the image specifications. The portal specified a photograph under 50 KB, preferably 200 × 230 pixels, and a signature under 20 KB, preferably 140 × 60 pixels.
- Keep proof of submission. After final submission, the portal generated an application ID and instructed applicants to print a copy of the successfully submitted form.
How can applicants check district-level results?
The department provides an official district-wise final merit-list interface with district, block, and panchayat selectors. Check the relevant local selection result there. A result such as “No vacancy!” for a selected query is not an announcement of a new statewide application round.
