No available evidence establishes that Remittix, NEAR, UNI or AAVE is likely to deliver a 10x return. A tenfold increase would mean an investment’s value rising to ten times its starting level—before fees, taxes or other costs—and none of the project materials cited here provides a method or evidence for forecasting that outcome. What can be compared is what the protocols say they do, what is documented about their tokens, and how much remains unverified. Protocol use and token investment merit are different questions.
What “best” and “10x” can—and cannot—mean here
A protocol may provide useful software without its token necessarily capturing that value. Even growing use does not, by itself, establish a token’s future price: token rights, supply, market liquidity, valuation and the conditions under which demand reaches the token all matter.
This is therefore a comparison of documented functions and evidence, not a ranking by expected return. The cited materials do not provide comparable current market capitalizations, circulating supplies, unlock schedules, trading liquidity or adoption figures for all four projects. Without those inputs, it would be misleading to name a “best” token by valuation or to attach a price target to a 10x claim.
What the available sources establish about each project
| Project | Documented use | What the cited sources establish about the token | What remains unestablished here |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aave / AAVE | A non-custodial protocol for supplying and borrowing assets; borrowers provide collateral. | Aave documents AAVE as its governance token and describes a DAO buyback program. | Whether the documented mechanisms will support any particular token price or return. |
| Uniswap / UNI | An onchain automated market maker (AMM): liquidity pools facilitate swaps. Uniswap v4 adds hooks for customization. | The cited protocol guides explain how Uniswap works; they do not establish UNI value capture or a future-return mechanism. | Comparable token-supply, valuation, liquidity and adoption data, or a basis for a price forecast. |
| NEAR / NEAR token | NEAR’s materials describe a sharded blockchain design and a roadmap that includes cross-chain infrastructure and AI agents. | The cited papers and roadmap describe the network and its direction; they do not establish a token return forecast. | Comparable current tokenomics, valuation, liquidity and adoption measures. |
| Remittix / RTX | Not established by the authoritative project materials cited in this comparison. | Not established by an authoritative token source cited here. | Use case, token rights, supply, security information and market data. |
AAVE: lending utility, governance and a documented buyback
Aave’s guide describes a non-custodial supply-and-borrow protocol. Suppliers deposit assets and may earn interest; borrowers post collateral. Rates change with utilization, and the system includes liquidations when collateral positions become unhealthy. Those are protocol mechanics, not a promise that suppliers will earn a particular rate or that AAVE will rise in price.

Aave’s token documentation identifies AAVE as the protocol’s governance token. It also says the DAO buyback program began execution in April 2025, with a $50 million annual budget and weekly purchases described as ranging from $250,000 to $1.75 million. The documentation says purchased tokens go to the DAO Ecosystem Reserve, not to a burn. These are program parameters, not investment returns or a guaranteed price floor; a budget does not establish that future purchases will continue unchanged or determine their market effect.
UNI: pool-based swaps are not proof of token value capture
Uniswap’s protocol overview and its guide to how the protocol works describe an onchain AMM. Liquidity pools hold assets, and traders swap through those pools rather than using a traditional order book. Pool and liquidity-provider mechanics vary by version; Uniswap v4 introduces hooks that allow customization.
Rank #2
That explains what the protocol does, but it does not show that protocol activity translates into UNI value capture or a particular future return. The cited materials do not supply a comparable valuation, token-supply or liquidity analysis for UNI.
NEAR: network design and roadmap are not investment forecasts
NEAR’s technical papers describe a sharded blockchain design. Its roadmap outlines directions that include cross-chain infrastructure and AI agents. A roadmap expresses intended direction; it is not evidence that planned work will be completed, adopted or reflected in the token’s price.

NEAR co-founder Illia Polosukhin is quoted on the roadmap site as saying, “The infrastructure choices we make now will determine what is possible later. The agentic economy can only take shape if the agents are secure.” That is a statement of project vision, not a financial projection. The cited NEAR materials do not provide the comparable tokenomics, liquidity and adoption data needed to assess a 10x claim.
Remittix: the claims need authoritative verification
No authoritative Remittix project or token documentation is cited here to verify RTX’s use case, token rights, supply, security review or market status. That evidence gap is not proof that the project is fraudulent or does not exist; it means a buyer should not treat promotional claims about payments, partnerships, audits, listings or returns as established without checking them against primary documentation and independent corroboration.
Rank #4
Before considering a token with limited verifiable information, look for the official contract address and network, a clear explanation of what the token does, published supply and unlock details, identifiable security assessments, and reliable trading-market information. If those cannot be verified, a comparison with better-documented protocols is not meaningful.

Protocol and transaction risks
Aave’s risk documentation names smart-contract vulnerabilities, oracle failure or compromise, changing collateral values and bad debt, and network or bridge vulnerabilities. A borrower can also be liquidated if a position becomes unhealthy. Audits, governance review, bug bounties and risk parameters are mitigations, not guarantees against loss.

With Uniswap, swaps occur through pools, and liquidity-provider risks and mechanics depend on the version and position. For any onchain transaction, using a self-custodial wallet means the user must protect keys and check transaction details. A hardware wallet can help manage keys and sign transactions, but it cannot prevent market losses, malicious approvals, protocol failures or user error.
Market and investment risks
Token prices can be volatile, and thin or fragmented liquidity can make it harder to trade at an expected price. Those risks are distinct from a protocol’s technical security: a functioning protocol does not guarantee a liquid market or a rising token price. The materials cited here do not provide current, consistently measured market data to compare these risks across AAVE, UNI, NEAR and RTX.
Quick Recap
A practical checklist before buying any of the four
- Verify the asset. Confirm the official token name, contract address and network from the project’s own documentation. Do not rely on a ticker alone.
- Understand the token’s role. Check whether it conveys governance rights, is needed for a specific function, or has another documented mechanism. Do not assume protocol usage automatically benefits token holders.
- Check supply and unlocks. Find current circulating and total supply, emissions, allocations and upcoming unlocks from primary sources; compare dates and definitions before drawing conclusions.
- Assess liquidity. Check trading venues, depth and spreads using current data. A quoted price is not a guarantee that a large position can be sold at that price.
- Review security and governance. Look for audits, known incidents, risk disclosures and who can change protocol parameters. Treat safeguards as risk reduction, not insurance.
- Set a loss limit you can afford. A speculative token position can lose substantial value. Do not use the 10x label as a substitute for a valuation or risk plan.
