A July 2022 roundup highlighted an iPad, air fryer, AirPods Pro, Fire TV and iPhone among Amazon Warehouse listings. The prices below are the amounts displayed in that roundup; the available record does not establish that every amount was the Warehouse offer rather than a product-page price. Amazon’s former Warehouse inventory is now commonly encountered under the Amazon Resale name, but the 2022 prices and stock are long gone.
The July 2022 deals at a glance
The original WMUR roundup’s surviving page identifies the following products and displayed prices. Treat them as a snapshot of the article, not as verified sale prices or a guide to what these products should cost today.
| Product | Price displayed in the July 2022 roundup | What to keep in mind |
|---|---|---|
| 2021 Apple 10.2-inch iPad, Wi-Fi, 64GB | $329.00 | Check the generation, storage and included charging accessories. |
| COSORI Air Fryer Max XL | $124.99 | Inspect the basket, crisper plate and cooking surface. |
| Apple AirPods Pro with MagSafe case | $244.27 | Check both earbuds and the case; battery wear and hygiene matter. |
| Amazon Fire TV 55-inch Omni Series 4K | $549.99 | Test the panel and confirm the remote, stand and cables are present. |
| Apple iPhone 11 | Price not visible in the surviving indexed excerpt | Verify unlock status, activation lock, battery health and exact model. |
The roundup also covered categories including furniture, groceries, baby products, grills and outdoor cooking, and lawn and garden items. The complete gallery and all its prices cannot be reliably reconstructed from the surviving excerpt, so this is not a claim to reproduce every item in the original article. The page is available at WMUR’s July 2022 roundup.
What the featured products meant as Warehouse buys
2021 Apple iPad
At the time, a discounted 64GB Wi-Fi iPad could serve well for reading, streaming, schoolwork and basic productivity. It was already a 2021 model in July 2022, so the displayed $329 should not be treated as a benchmark for a current iPad. For a comparable used listing, confirm the generation and capacity, inspect the screen, test Wi-Fi and Touch ID, check charging, and make sure the device has been erased and is not tied to another owner’s account.

COSORI Air Fryer Max XL
An air fryer can be a reasonable open-box purchase if damage is limited to packaging. Check that the basket, crisper plate, handle and power cord are present; examine the cooking surface and controls; and pay attention to odor or signs of use. Check the exact model number against applicable recall information rather than assuming a quality check rules out every safety concern. Compare a used offer with the current new price and warranty before deciding that the historical $124.99 represents value.
Apple AirPods Pro with MagSafe case
The displayed $244.27 is a historical figure, not a current price recommendation. With used earbuds, confirm that the listing is for the intended generation and includes the MagSafe case, both earbuds and the expected ear tips. Test charging, microphones, noise cancellation and transparency mode. Battery wear, hygiene concerns and swapped or counterfeit components can make an apparently large discount a poor trade.
Amazon Fire TV 55-inch Omni Series 4K
A television can save money if the only issue is a damaged box, but a panel problem is costly and inconvenient. Test the screen for defects and uniformity, check HDMI ports and Wi-Fi, and confirm the remote, power cable and stand legs are included. Factor delivery and return logistics into the decision; the roundup’s displayed $549.99 is not evidence of a good price now.

Apple iPhone 11
The iPhone 11 was a mainstream phone in 2022, but this is a historical example rather than a current recommendation. Before buying a comparable used phone, verify the exact storage and model, carrier compatibility, IMEI status and absence of Activation Lock. Test battery health, Face ID, cameras, display, charging port and cellular service, and look for signs of water damage. The original roundup’s iPhone price is not visible in the surviving excerpt.

1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesWhat Amazon Warehouse meant—and what it did not
In July 2022, Amazon Warehouse referred to returned, open-box, damaged-packaging or otherwise non-new inventory offered at a discount. The WMUR article described the items as quality-checked and said Amazon offered replacement support within 30 days when a replacement was available. That is a statement about the 2022 coverage, not a guarantee of today’s return terms or a promise that every item was tested to the same standard.
Warehouse inventory should not be confused with Amazon Renewed, which is a separate refurbished-product program; Amazon Outlet, generally associated with new overstock or clearance; independent sellers’ used offers; or liquidation pallets. On a product page, distinguish the condition, seller and fulfillment details of the specific offer. A product’s new price, a third-party used offer and an Amazon Resale offer are not interchangeable.

Amazon’s former Warehouse branding is now commonly encountered as Amazon Resale. The July 2022 article described a marketplace that could change quickly: returned units were often low-quantity or one-off stock, and another unit of the same model could have a different condition note. Do not assume an old product link, condition or price remains available.
How to tell whether a resale discount is real
- Compare with the current selling price. Use the product’s current new price and comparable used or refurbished listings, not only a list price or claimed percentage off.
- Check price history. A tool such as Keepa provides Amazon price-history charts and price-drop alerts; CamelCamelCamel is another option for price-history checks. A discount is more meaningful when it is below the product’s normal selling range.
- Read the condition note for that unit. A broad grade cannot tell you which accessory is missing or what cosmetic flaw to expect. The individual listing’s note is decisive.
- Price missing parts and wear. Include the cost of a proprietary charger, remote, stand, filter, battery or replacement earbud if one is absent or degraded.
- Check seller, fulfillment and return terms. Confirm these on the actual offer before ordering. Amazon’s general returns information is at Amazon’s returns help page, but eligibility and terms can vary by listing and product.
- Account for hassle. A modest discount may not justify uncertain condition, difficult shipping, or a time-consuming return—especially for a large television or furniture.
Later coverage explains that a discounted used offer may sit behind “New & Used” or “See all buying options” rather than appearing as the default new-product price. The exact controls can change; inspect the offer details on the page you are viewing. See Yahoo’s explanation of locating Warehouse offers.

How to read condition grades
Condition labels describe the listing’s stated state; they are not the same as manufacturer refurbishment, nor do they guarantee that every accessory is included. The wording and specific condition note on the current listing should control.

| Grade | Practical reading |
|---|---|
| Like New | May be opened or have damaged packaging; do not assume it is unused. |
| Very Good | May have minor cosmetic wear or packaging damage. |
| Good | May show more noticeable wear or lack nonessential packaging or accessories. |
| Acceptable | May show substantial cosmetic wear or have other stated limitations. |
These are general interpretations, not guarantees. Read the condition note for the exact unit and confirm whether any missing item is essential to use.
What to inspect when the package arrives
- Photograph the unopened box and packaging, especially visible damage, before unpacking.
- Match the product’s model, generation, storage capacity and included components to the order and listing.
- Check accessories first: chargers and cables, remotes and stands, trays and baskets, mounting hardware, or a charging case, as applicable.
- Test power, charging, connectivity and the product’s core functions promptly. For electronics, test displays, buttons, microphones, cameras, ports and wireless connections as relevant.
- Compare the item’s actual condition with the listing note. If a material defect or missing part was not disclosed, use the order’s current return or support options without delay.
Which categories are better or riskier resale candidates?
Often worth considering when the discount is meaningful
- Tablets and e-readers: Confirm screen condition, storage, charger and account status.
- Small kitchen appliances: Check removable parts and surfaces that contact food; a damaged box alone may matter little.
- Televisions: The discount can be substantial, but test the panel and verify accessories immediately.
- Furniture: Savings may be offset by cosmetic damage, missing hardware or difficult delivery and returns.
- Mechanically simple outdoor equipment: Check that all visible parts are included and the item operates as intended.
Use extra caution
- Phones: Activation lock, carrier compatibility, battery condition and IMEI status need checking.
- Earbuds and headphones: Battery degradation, hygiene, missing ear tips and charging-case issues can erase savings.
- Baby products: Avoid safety-critical items with uncertain age, history, recalls or missing parts.
- Personal-care or consumable products: Packaging integrity, expiration and hygiene can be hard to assess.
- Products dependent on proprietary accessories: A missing remote, charger, filter or battery can turn a low price into an expensive repair.
What shoppers should use today
The July 2022 prices are useful only as historical context. To evaluate a current offer, start with the live Amazon Resale or other used listing, then compare its actual condition and seller terms with new and refurbished alternatives. The marketplace name and page controls may differ from the 2022 article; the price, condition and return terms shown on the current listing are what matter.
