Co-owner Jud Burgess said the business had operated at the location for seven-and-a-half years. He expressed hope that the city would be cooperative and allow the store to resume in-person service, but that statement does not establish an approved exception or resolution.
How can customers buy books while walk-ins are paused?
Chron reported that Brave Books said it continued online sales during the temporary closure. The store used its social media presence to post available titles, accept digital payments, and arrange delivery.
