What the 146-post recruitment drive covered
Bank of Baroda advertised eight contractual roles across Wealth Management Services and Defence Banking. Its career listing described 145 Wealth Management Services vacancies; the original advertisement included one additional Deputy Defence Banking Advisor post, bringing the total to 146. The Senior Relationship Manager role accounted for 101 vacancies.

These were contractual engagements, not regular-basis bank appointments. The official Bank of Baroda career listing archived the advertisement and addendum, alongside later shortlist and final-result notices published in June and July 2025.
What was the last date to apply?
The original advertisement, BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2025/03, set 15 April 2025 as the application and fee-payment deadline. In an addendum dated 15 April, the bank extended online application submission and fee payment for all positions until 25 April 2025 at 23:59. The addendum is the controlling source for the final deadline. The bank stated: “In this regard, we inform that the last date for filling online application and payment of fees for the Recruitment Exercise is extended till 25.04.2025 (23:59 hours) for all the positions.” See the official deadline addendum.

That application window has closed. The advertisement’s original instructions directed applicants to apply online through the bank’s Careers/Current Opportunities page, pay online, and upload biodata, a photograph, a signature and documents supporting eligibility. Those were instructions for the 2025 drive and do not indicate that applications remain open.
Eligibility depended on the post
The notice set separate age, education and experience conditions for each role, assessed as of 1 March 2025. The age ranges below are the advertisement’s general-category figures; they are not a universal age rule for the drive. The examples give the principal requirements, not a substitute for the full advertisement’s conditions, experience definitions or category-specific relaxations.

Age relaxations and category and reservation requirements were addressed separately in the notice. For the complete criteria—including those for the other three posts—refer to the original Bank of Baroda advertisement; these 2025 conditions should not be used to infer eligibility for a later recruitment.
Fees listed in the advertisement
The application fee was non-refundable. The 2025 advertisement listed these amounts, plus applicable taxes and payment-gateway charges:
- General, EWS and OBC applicants: Rs 600.
- SC, ST, PwD and women applicants: Rs 100.
Contract term, selection and indicative compensation
Engagement terms
The advertised engagement was for three years or until the selected candidate reached age 62, whichever came earlier. Subject to satisfactory performance, the bank could renew the contract one year at a time, up to a maximum total engagement of five years. The notice also reserved the bank’s right to transfer selected candidates to its offices or branches in India.
Selection process
Selection was to involve shortlisting followed by a personal interview and/or another selection method. Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria or submitting an application did not guarantee shortlisting.
