No—there is no sourced evidence that any jeans were pre-washed in gau mutra. The question was an online joke prompted by 2016 reports that Baba Ramdev’s Patanjali business was planning an apparel brand, Paridhaan, that would include jeans.
What did Patanjali reportedly plan?
In September 2016, Scroll.in reported that Ramdev was considering a broader clothing range after followers asked for Patanjali yoga wear. The reported proposal, called Paridhaan, included men’s and women’s clothing, office wear and modern clothes such as jeans. Scroll.in attributed this statement to Ramdev via The Telegraph: “We will make men’s and women’s wear, not just traditional Indian clothing but also modern wear like jeans for example.” (Scroll.in, September 12, 2016)
That was a reported intention, not confirmation that the brand launched or that any jeans were manufactured or sold.
Why did gau-mutra become part of the story?
The reported apparel plan prompted social-media users to joke about the jeans being washed in gau mutra and to share imagined designs. The Quint covered those reactions; its question about “Sanskari jeans” pre-washed in gau mutra was humorous speculation, not a product specification. (The Quint, September 12, 2016)

In other words, the joke attached a familiar association with Patanjali’s products to a hypothetical clothing line. It does not establish how any proposed jeans would have been made or finished.

It does not establish whether Paridhaan later launched, whether jeans reached stores, or whether any such product had particular materials or treatments.
