What happened with the APSC Enforcement Inspector admit card?
The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) scheduled the e-Admission Certificate for the Enforcement Inspector recruitment under Advertisement 17/2024 to be uploaded on February 17, 2025. Scroll reported on that date that the admit card had been released. The report’s earlier February 13 article had described February 17 as the planned release date.
Scroll reported that 32,173 candidates were to appear for 27 vacancies. These are figures reported by Scroll; they are not independently confirmed here against an accessible APSC-hosted notice.
When was the screening test?
The OMR-based screening test took place on Sunday, February 23, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. The February 3, 2025 APSC notice listed General Studies and Transport and Traffic Rules as the subjects. A reproduced copy of that notice is available on Scribd.

What did the notice say about downloading the certificate?
The reproduced APSC notice said, “The candidates shall have to download their own e-Admission Certificate from the aforesaid website.” It also stated that separate intimation letters would not be sent by post. Candidates therefore needed to obtain their own certificate online rather than wait for a postal notice.
