Rekindle is Amazon India’s pathway for women seeking to return to corporate work after an extended career break. These are the current page’s stated supports; the details and working arrangements for an actual position should be checked in that role’s listing.

The February 2020 announcement described structured onboarding, focused mentoring, peer learning circles, staged responsibility ramp-up and on-the-job learning. It also mentioned flexible work options, including work from home and flexible shifts depending on the role, and said opportunities covered technology and non-technology functions, including live projects. The 12-month career-break threshold is an eligibility criterion, not a measure of program impact.
