The “17 deals from $8” headline refers to a Tom’s Guide roundup published April 19, 2025, ahead of Easter Sunday that year. Its prices are historical—not current Amazon offers—and the article does not establish today’s prices or stock.
What the headline refers to
Tom’s Guide framed the roundup as a last-minute Easter-weekend shopping opportunity on April 19, 2025. It listed 17 products across Easter basket gifts, toys, games, candy and technology. The headline’s “from $8” was the article’s reported starting price at that time, not a price guarantee or a current deal. Read the original Tom’s Guide roundup.

How to use the roundup now
If you are shopping for a current Easter sale, treat the article as a list of past product ideas rather than a live guide. Search for the exact model, then check its current Amazon listing, price, availability and any conditions attached to the offer before buying. In particular, confirm the LEGO Botanicals Sunflowers set listing matches the product you want; the historical $8 price does not establish what it costs now.
For alternatives within each category, compare the features that affect usefulness—not just a displayed discount. For example, check a speaker’s size, durability and battery claims; a tumbler’s capacity, leak resistance and insulation; a tracker’s compatibility with your phone; and a children’s tablet’s age fit, parental controls and included protection.

What the article does not establish
The April 2025 roundup cannot confirm that any of its prices or offers remain available. It also does not provide a consistent set of specifications for ranking the named products against alternatives. A present-day recommendation requires checking live product listings and offer terms.
