The document announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on December 20, 2024, was an Examination City Intimation Slip, not the final post-wise admit card. NTA said the admit card showing the exam centre would be issued separately. The Stage-I exams it covered were scheduled for January 4–5, 2025, so this is a completed recruitment-cycle notice, not a current exam alert.
Was the Allahabad High Court Group C and D admit card released?
NTA’s December 20, 2024 notice said candidates could download their Examination City Intimation Slip using their login credentials. It clarified that the post-wise admit card containing the exam centre would be issued online separately: “The Admit Card with the Exam Centre for the said Examinations (Post-Wise) is being issued online separately in due course.” The city slip and the final admit card were therefore two different documents.
The announcement concerned the Uttar Pradesh Civil Court Staff Centralized Recruitment 2024–25. The High Court of Judicature at Allahabad administered the recruitment, and NTA conducted its Stage-I examinations on the Court’s behalf. The posts included Group C Clerical Cadre and Group D, as well as Stenographer Grade III and Driver Grade IV. Group C here means the Clerical Cadre; Group D is a separate cadre with several post types. This was recruitment for district-court staff, not posts in the High Court establishment. NTA’s Allahabad High Court recruitment portal was the official portal named in the notice. The December 31, 2024 report also describes the available document as a city slip in its body.
How candidates were instructed to download the city slip
These were the instructions for the 2024–25 cycle. Because the exams have passed and current portal access has not been established, they should not be taken as a guarantee that a login or download link still works.

Stage-I exam dates and times
NTA’s December 20, 2024 public notice set the following schedule:
Rank #2
| Post | Stage-I exam date | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Driver Grade IV | January 4, 2025 | 10:30 a.m.–12 noon |
| Group C Clerical Cadre | January 4, 2025 | 3:00–4:30 p.m. |
| Stenographer Grade III | January 5, 2025 | 10:30 a.m.–12 noon |
| Group D | January 5, 2025 | 3:00–4:30 p.m. |
The examinations were scheduled in 16 cities in Uttar Pradesh. NTA advised candidates to use the city slip for travel planning and clarified: “It is clarified that the Exam Centre(s) of a candidate having examination for more than 01 posts (applied for) will be in the same City.” This addressed the city, not whether a candidate’s separate exams took place at the same venue.

The High Court’s October 1, 2024 abridged advertisement listed 583 Stenographer Grade III vacancies, 1,054 Group C Clerical Cadre vacancies, 30 Driver Grade IV vacancies and 1,639 Group D vacancies. Those four published figures add up to 3,306 vacancies; that total is a calculation from the advertisement, not a separately stated official total. Applications were accepted from October 4 to 24, 2024. Applicants could apply for more than one post, but had to submit a separate application and pay the examination fee separately for each post.
