Contemporaneous coverage reported that actress Alexandra Daddario and her husband, film producer Andrew Form, paid $7.6 million for a home in Brentwood, Los Angeles. The 2022 report described a 1950s mid-century house on a 1.4-acre lot—not a conventional multi-building estate. The reported price and property details have not been verified here against a deed or county record.
What is known about the reported purchase?
El Diario NY reported the $7.6 million purchase on November 4, 2022, identifying Daddario and Form as the buyers. The article is contemporaneous secondary reporting; it does not establish the recorded transaction date or independently verify the price. Read El Diario NY’s report.
What does Alexandra Daddario’s Brentwood home look like?
The report describes a 1950s mid-century home designed by architect Allen Siple, set on a quiet hillside street. Reported outdoor features include a swimming pool, terrace, mature trees, and green space. The house is described as having Japanese-style red doors, floor-to-ceiling windows, wood ceilings, and an original brick-and-stone fireplace. Its kitchen reportedly has burnt-yellow cabinets and granite counters. These are details from the article, not a firsthand inspection.
What are the reported size and features?
El Diario NY reports a 1.4-acre lot, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a garage with room for three vehicles. Its square-footage figures conflict: the subheading says 4,971 square feet, while the article body gives 4,917 square feet for the main house. Without a reliable property record to resolve that discrepancy, neither figure should be treated as definitive.

- Protect Your Tabletop: The coasters can be used on any materials table type, and don't worry about the coaster scratching furniture, because Lazebox coasters are so soft. And this coaster can also be effectively insulated.
- Decorate: With a total of 4 colors, these coasters fit into any home decor setting. They also serve as professional bartender supplies, completing a barware tabletop set, and functioning as an absorbing mat at the bar.
- More Convenient to Clean and Store: Cleaning is a breeze, simply rinse the coasters under running water and hang them to dry. When not in use, store all the coasters in the metal holder to maintain a clean and tidy tabletop.
How should the reported price be understood?
The $7.6 million purchase price is the figure given in contemporaneous coverage. El Diario NY also reports an initial asking price of $8.7 million, while another result gives $8.6 million. Because those asking-price accounts differ, the original list price is uncertain. The reported purchase price is not a substitute for an independently checked deed or assessor record.
