The AFCAT 02/2026 city-intimation notice was reported released on July 29, 2026, but the examination scheduled for August 2026 has now passed. What the AFCAT 2 city slip tells you
The AFCAT 2 exam city slip, also called the city-intimation slip, provides a registered candidate’s allotted examination city. It does not establish an individual allotment for everyone: city details were candidate-specific, so a public article cannot tell you where you were assigned. When the 2026 city intimation was released
Careers360 reported on July 29, 2026 that the AFCAT 02/2026 city intimation had been released. Registered candidates were directed to check the AFCAT portal and the email address or mobile number registered with their application. The AFCAT 02/2026 examination was scheduled for August 2026, so both the city notice and exam date are historical now. How candidates were told to check their AFCAT exam city
- Go to the official AFCAT portal: afcat.cdac.in/AFCAT/.
- Use the candidate-specific access or communication provided for your AFCAT 02/2026 registration to view the city intimation. Check the email account and mobile number registered with the application as well.
- Keep the information private. Do not share your login credentials; the city allotment is personal and cannot be retrieved through this article.

Is the AFCAT city slip the admit card?
No. The city slip indicates the exam city; it is not the e-Admit Card and cannot replace it for entry to an examination centre. The IAF’s examination guidance identifies the e-Admit Card and identity documents among the items candidates should bring. Do not carry over the AFCAT 02/2026 city allocation, dates or exam-day instructions to another cycle. Registration for AFCAT 02/2026 ran from May 20 to June 19, 2026, according to the IAF notifications page; those dates apply only to that cycle.
