Lil Wayne has a documented association with custom hip-hop jewelry, but the available sources do not establish a complete inventory, a reliable collection value, or even that he owned or wore the best-known piece linked to him: a diamond skateboard pendant. Here is what the sources say—and where their claims stop.
What is documented about Lil Wayne’s jewelry?
GQ’s 2021 On the Rocks feature identifies celebrity jeweler Joe Avianne as someone who has worked with Lil Wayne. That supports a reported jeweler-client association; the feature is not a tour of Wayne’s collection and does not list his individual pieces. GQ’s feature on Joe Avianne.

The diamond skateboard pendant: what the 2012 release says
A 2012 Avianne & Co. press release, distributed by Newswire and titled “Avianne & Co Designs Exclusive Pendant for Lil Wayne,” describes a fully diamond-covered skateboard pendant made to commemorate Wayne’s contributions to skateboarding. It says Avianne collaborated on the piece with a Young Money/Cash Money associate and close friend of Wayne, who is described as the gift-giver. The release does not clearly say Wayne received, owned, or wore it, so it is more accurate to call it a pendant reported in connection with him than to count it as a confirmed part of his personal collection.
