Penis Advantage cannot be verified as an effective enlargement program. A 2013 report described it as a paid online exercise library, but did not establish exactly what buyers received; its current availability and contents are also unverified. More importantly, Mayo Clinic says jelqing has no scientific proof of effectiveness and may cause scarring, pain, and disfigurement.
What was Penis Advantage?
A November 27, 2013 report by Queerty described Penis Advantage as an online program offering lifetime access to a vault of exercises. The report said the site did not make clear exactly what a customer received. It does not establish whether the program is still available, what it contains now, or what it currently costs.
The report also relayed the seller’s claims of a 98.6% satisfaction rate and more than 56,000 men who had used the program successfully. Those were marketing claims reported at the time, not independently verified outcomes or evidence that the exercises increase penis size.
Does Penis Advantage work?
There is no reliable evidence in the available reporting that the named program increases penis size. Current guidance from Mayo Clinic, updated April 17, 2025, says jelqing has no scientific proof of effectiveness. The clinic describes it as hand-over-hand pressure intended to move blood along the penis and warns it can cause scar formation, pain, and disfigurement.

That medical assessment concerns jelqing, not a clinical trial of the Penis Advantage program. But the historical report describes an exercise program without establishing its precise contents, and no verified evidence in the sources here demonstrates that the program produces lasting enlargement. Seller testimonials or satisfaction figures should not be treated as proof of a physical change.

Evidence, intended result, and risk differ by method. Findings about one approach should not be transferred to another.

The traction-device figures are a summary of small studies reported by Mayo Clinic, not a prediction for an individual. They describe a different intervention from jelqing and from the named program. A healthcare professional can help assess whether a device is appropriate and how to use it safely.
What to do if you are concerned about size
- Do not rely on seller claims as clinical evidence. A reported satisfaction rate or user count cannot show that a routine causes lasting enlargement.
- Avoid forceful manipulation. Jelqing has no proven effectiveness and carries risks of injury.
- Be cautious with pills and lotions. They are not proven enlargement treatments, and some may be harmful. A 2021 review describes the nutraceutical market for erectile dysfunction as confusing and little regulated, with commercial products often combining multiple active ingredients; erectile-function claims are not proof of increased size.
- Talk with a healthcare professional if distress persists. A clinician or counselor can help address concerns about size and discuss appropriate options.
