Prop365 Review: It’s Now OneFunded—Is the Prop Trading Challenge Worth It?

Prop365 is now OneFunded, which offers simulated trading evaluations rather than live funded brokerage accounts. Compare the plans, check the conflicting consistency rules, and understand fee and payout conditions before paying.

As of October 8, 2026, Prop365’s website redirects to OneFunded. The current offer is a simulated trading evaluation, not a live brokerage account or a deposit into a trading account. It may suit a trader who understands the rules, can afford to lose the fee, and accepts simulated trading; it is not a dependable route to income, and passing does not guarantee a reward.

What happened to Prop365?

Prop365 is now presented as the former brand for OneFunded: the old Prop365 domain redirects to OneFunded. A third-party review associates Prop365 with Brynex Tech Limited. OneFunded’s current site describes Brynex as a technology and platform service provider, and identifies OneFunded Capital Ltd. in connection with some MT5 services. Those roles should not be conflated: this information does not establish that a customer is opening a live brokerage account with either entity.

This is an update to a question originally framed around 2024. The current OneFunded offer and its published rules are the relevant terms to assess; older descriptions of Prop365 should not be treated as a statement of today’s plans.

Is OneFunded a real funded trading account?

No: the firm describes its trading as simulated. OneFunded’s official site states: “All trading activity on OneFunded takes place in a simulated trading environment using virtual funds. Trades are not executed in live financial markets and no client or investor capital is involved.” In practical terms, a customer pays for access to an evaluation service and trades with virtual funds under the applicable rules. The word “funded” does not mean that the customer receives a live-money brokerage balance.

OneFunded lists Forex, indices, commodities, crypto, and stocks, and names MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and TradeLocker as platforms. Platform and location restrictions may apply. The site advertises simulated balances up to $200,000 and profit shares up to 90%; these are provider claims, not independently verified outcomes. OneFunded also says it does not provide brokerage, investment, or client-money services. The information available here does not establish its authorization status as a financial-services provider, so it would be misleading to describe it as a regulated broker.

How do the current OneFunded plans compare?

OneFunded’s September 11, 2026 rules guide describes four products. The figures below reproduce that guide’s headline rules; they are not a guarantee that every account or purchase follows them. Check the terms attached to the account you are considering.

Plan Evaluation structure Headline targets and loss limits Minimum trading days Consistency rule in the September guide
Flash One step 10% target; 4% daily and 6% overall loss limits 1 50% best-day cap
Core Two steps 8% first target, then 5%; 5% daily and 10% overall loss limits 3 No evaluation consistency rule stated in the September guide; see the dated conflict below
Value Two steps 6% first target, then 6%; 4% daily and 8% overall loss limits 4 No evaluation consistency rule stated in the September guide; see the dated conflict below
Instant Funding No evaluation 3% daily and 6% overall loss limits None 15% cap in the September guide

The table does not explain how every loss limit is calculated, nor does it replace the plan-specific terms. Read the relevant rules for the exact account, including how losses are measured and what happens when a limit is reached. Instant Funding is a different product from an evaluation challenge, not simply another evaluation route.

The consistency-rule conflict matters

The official materials do not agree on evaluation consistency requirements. OneFunded’s March 17, 2026 Terms & Conditions say the best-day simulated-profit ratio must be at or below 50% for Flash and Core, and 40% for Value. The newer September 11, 2026 guide says Core and Value have no evaluation consistency rule; it lists a 50% cap for Flash and a 15% cap for Instant Funding.

4X Trading Journal for Day Traders | Trade Log Book for Stocks, Forex, Options, Crypto | 12 Week Plan with 80 Trades | Trading Accessories | Neuroscience Based with Guided Trading Plan | Traders Gift
  • BUILT FOR YOUR MARKET, FUTURES, STOCKS, FOREX, OPTIONS & CRYPTO: 4X is a mindset and process journal, not a strategy tool tied to one instrument. The plan, the trade log, the deep dive and the weekly review work the same whether you trade ES, EURUSD, SPY or BTC. Traders use it across all five markets every day.
  • THE 2026 EDITION, REBUILT FROM TRADER FEEDBACK: Same trusted system, better in every way. An extra daily page for more room to log the session. Weekly reviews now grouped with each week's trades, so no more flipping back and forth. Crisp, darker print that's easy on the eyes after hours on a screen. A Quick-Start QR that scans straight to step-by-step instructions.
  • NOT A NOTEBOOK, A COMPLETE 12-WEEK SYSTEM: Start with a one-time 9-part Trading Plan (your market, setups, risk rules and discipline checklist). Then twelve identical weeks: five Daily Logs, five Deep Dive trade pages, and a two-page Weekly Review. 189 guided pages, roughly 80 trades. Guided prompts walk you through every step. You never stare at a blank page.
  • RATE YOUR EXECUTION, NOT YOUR RESULT: Your platform tracks the P&L. Nothing tracks the why. Log energy, sleep and mindset before the open; grade every trade A to F on whether you followed your plan, not on whether it won; then face the pattern every weekend with START / STOP / IMPROVE / CONTINUE. That review habit is the edge. You're 42% more likely to hit a goal you've written down.
  • BUILT TO LAST, ARRIVES GIFT-READY: Vegan-leather hardcover, 100gsm bleed-resistant paper, two ribbon markers and an elastic closure band. Bound to lay flat so you're not fighting the spine while you write. 189 pages, 5.75" x 8.5", carries in a bag. Ships in a premium gift box: the gift every trader in your life actually wants.

Do not assume that either document settles the terms for every account. Before paying, compare the checkout information with the contract and dashboard terms tied to the specific purchase. The March terms also explain that exceeding a consistency cap does not necessarily terminate an account: the trader may have to continue trading until the ratio falls within the permitted limit. The rule can differ by product and phase.

What does it cost, and can the evaluation fee be returned?

The September 2026 guide presents starting prices for the smallest account, while the March terms list account-specific Flash fees. A single universal fee is therefore not a reliable comparison. Check the current checkout price for the plan, account size, and any add-ons you select before purchasing.

According to OneFunded’s Help Center article updated September 21, 2026, the evaluation fee for Core, Flash, and Value is reimbursed with the third payout after the customer qualifies as a OneFunded Trader. That is a conditional reimbursement, not an upfront refund: someone who fails the evaluation does not get the fee back, and the Instant Funding fee is not refundable under that policy.

The separate Refund Policy, last updated June 25, 2026, describes service-quality refunds as exceptional and subject to criteria and timely reporting. That policy is distinct from the conditional evaluation-fee reimbursement. Neither should be treated as a guarantee that a purchase will be refunded.

When can you request a payout, and what conditions apply?

OneFunded’s Help Center article updated January 30, 2026 says a first payout can be requested after 14 days from opening the first position. It lists a $100 minimum payout and a consistency condition of 30% or lower. Its payout-conditions article, updated April 15, 2026, describes subsequent standard requests every 14 days and a weekly payout add-on. It names Rise, USDT TRC20, and bank transfer as payout methods.

The same Help Center materials describe an 80% standard trader share and a 90/10 add-on. The site’s “up to 90%” claim is therefore conditional, not the standard share for every account. Eligibility, timing, payout method availability, and any add-on terms should be confirmed for the specific account and at the time of purchase. A request window or advertised split is not proof that a particular trader will qualify for or receive a payout.

What are the main risks and limitations?

  • You can lose the fee. A failed evaluation does not qualify for the stated Core, Flash, and Value fee reimbursement, and Instant Funding’s fee is not refundable under the Help Center article.
  • The rules are plan- and phase-specific. Targets, loss limits, trading-day requirements, and consistency conditions differ, and official materials conflict on Core and Value evaluation consistency.
  • The activity is simulated. Virtual funds and simulated trading are not equivalent to trading a live account with customer capital.
  • Rewards are not promised. OneFunded’s disclosure says it makes no promises of rewards or returns. The provider’s hosted testimonials and payout interviews are not independent evidence of typical results.
  • Typical outcomes are not established. The sources cited here do not establish a pass rate, average payout, or typical trader earnings. Account-size ceilings and testimonials cannot substitute for those figures.

So, is Prop365—now OneFunded—worth it?

It may be worth considering only if you specifically want a simulated evaluation, have checked the rules for your exact plan and purchase, and can afford the fee without relying on a future payout. The clearest reasons for caution are the simulated nature of the trading, the possibility of losing the fee, and the inconsistency-rule conflict between OneFunded’s March terms and September guide.

It is not a good fit if you are looking for a live brokerage account, guaranteed income, or an evaluation whose rules you have not verified. Treat OneFunded’s account sizes and profit shares as advertised program terms rather than evidence of likely earnings, and make the decision on the written terms shown for your own purchase.
