BAJit is ONEflight International’s online platform for searching, comparing, and booking private-jet charter flights. It is booking software—not an airline: ONEflight arranges charters as a broker, while a separate licensed air carrier operates each flight. That distinction matters, especially because ONEflight announced a pause in flight activity in September 2026 and the available reports do not establish whether service has resumed.
What BAJit does
ONEflight describes BAJit as a way to search aircraft options for a trip, compare them, select an aircraft, and book a private charter online. Customers can also contact an Aviation Advisor for help with complex itineraries or personal assistance. These are descriptions of the platform’s intended booking process; they do not confirm that a particular aircraft or flight is available now.
ONEflight says it launched BAJit in 2017. Its FAQ lists a network of more than 7,000 aircraft and 700 operators, a company-stated figure from an FAQ page crawled in 2026. The Google Play listing for BAJit describes app features for browsing aircraft and managing travel services. An app listing is publisher-provided information, not confirmation that a trip can be booked or fulfilled.

Who books the flight—and who operates it?
BAJit is the booking platform; ONEflight is the arranging broker; a separate licensed direct air carrier operates the charter. ONEflight’s terms describe the company as an indirect air carrier and charter broker, and say that direct carriers retain operational control of flights. For a proposed U.S. charter, you can check the named operating carrier and aircraft against the FAA’s Part 135 operators and aircraft list. The FAA says it updates the list weekly. If an operator or aircraft is not listed, the FAA directs readers to contact their local Flight Standards District Office. This check concerns operating authorization; it does not establish whether a broker can fulfill a booking.

BAJit charter bookings versus JetCards
ONEflight describes on-demand charter as arranging individual flights around an itinerary and available options. A JetCard is a program governed by its terms and may involve prepaid funds or hours, specified aircraft categories, and particular booking rules. The distinction is mainly how access and payment are structured—not a guarantee of aircraft availability.

- Rates, minimum flight-time requirements, and how charges are calculated.
- Booking lead times, availability conditions, and peak-day rules.
- Cancellation terms and any expiration date for hours or funds.
- What happens if the provider cannot arrange a flight, including any recovery or refund provisions.
Those are comparison criteria, not a statement of current ONEflight JetCard terms. Given the reported pause in flight activity, this distinction is informational rather than a recommendation to purchase a card.

Aviation International News reported on September 17, 2026, that ONEflight had paused activity “for the next 30 days, or until further notice,” while it evaluated its operations and status. Private Jet Card Comparisons separately reported the company’s notice on September 16, quoting: “Effective immediately, OneFlight is pausing all flight activity for the next 30 days, or until further notice, while we conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our current operations and status.” The reports establish that a pause was announced; they do not establish whether flights resumed after publication. An October 7, 2026 article from TRH Aviation said that no bankruptcy filing had been reported in the coverage it reviewed as of that date. That is a time-bounded observation, not a finding about solvency, a guarantee of present status, or evidence that flights have resumed. (TRH Aviation)
If you have an existing booking or are considering one, confirm the specific flight directly with the relevant parties and review the applicable contract before relying on it. The U.S. Department of Transportation’s general guidance says that a bankruptcy or ticket-agent failure does not by itself determine whether a specific flight is canceled; travelers should contact the airline or ticket agent to confirm their itinerary.
