No. The campaign that let eligible SAS EuroBonus members match status to United and other participating Star Alliance airlines closed on November 30, 2024. It is not a current enrollment offer. SAS joined SkyTeam on September 1, 2024, so the old match is best understood as a time-limited transition opportunity—not a permanent transfer of EuroBonus membership or points.
What the United status match offered
Under the expired campaign, eligible EuroBonus members could apply to match to one participating Star Alliance frequent-flyer program. The United offer used this tier mapping:

The match did not convert EuroBonus points, and members could choose only one participating Star Alliance carrier. The United campaign page lists the historical terms.
How the United trial worked
Matched status started as a trial. To extend it through January 31, 2026, members had to meet the applicable thresholds on United- or United Express-operated flights. Codeshares did not count.

Those thresholds and the extension date were terms of the expired campaign, not a current route to United status. The page said status updates could take up to three business days and that United would not send physical membership kits or cards.
Why SAS members looked to Star Alliance
SAS officially joined SkyTeam on September 1, 2024. In the same transition, SAS said EuroBonus Silver members would be recognized as SkyTeam Elite, while Gold and Diamond members would be recognized as SkyTeam Elite Plus. The airline’s announcement explains the change in SAS’s alliance and tier-recognition release.

That alliance change is why a Star Alliance status match could appeal to some EuroBonus members. It did not make the match ongoing: the campaign FAQ gives November 30, 2024 as the application closing date. See the Star Alliance Status Match FAQ.
Is there a current SAS status-match route?
SAS has a separate route through StatusMatch.com, but it is not a continuation of the old Star Alliance campaign. The SAS StatusMatch page invites visitors to register interest, while its FAQ describes a paid offer restricted to qualifying airline elites who reside in India. An interest-registration page is not confirmation that applications are open, and eligibility and fees differ from the expired United offer. Check the live page and FAQ directly for current terms before relying on it.

What EuroBonus members can check instead
SAS’s current materials list Member, Silver, Gold and Diamond levels. Benefits vary by level and itinerary; they can include lounge access, fast track, baggage allowance, priority services and Wi-Fi. Verify the particular benefit and its flight conditions on SAS’s EuroBonus overview and benefits page rather than assuming a perk applies to every booking.
